The store itself is large, though some hair looks old and outdated while they also have new looking products. The people who work there are usually friendly, nice, and helpful, though sometimes they follow customers around the store. Some reviews mention rude and not helpful service. They offer services like fixing eyelashes and can install extensions. A policy of only letting customers try on two wigs with a charge is noted. Most products have reasonable pricing and they offer a reward system.

Ppl r rude and not helpful at all! Other customers had to help me . There's a lady in Lincolnton beside dollar general and dollar tree and she's got better products. Provides Xtra care n can also install extension, do brows etc

They have a large variety of all you could ever need from a beauty supply store. Nice helpful and friendly people. They can even fix your eyelashes for just $7 after you purchase one. I know I'd be back there although it's a long drive from me.
