“I have been very happy with the fast, personal service that I have received when I have a problem. I love my little apartment, it is perfect for me and my cats. I appreciate that I am allowed to have pets. Rebekkah has been a great manager, very personal and I count her as a friend. Bob has always responded quickly for any problem I may have. I have many friends here, people and Furry ones.”
“I lived here for 2 years and was very happy here. It felt like home, and I always felt safe. They maintain the landscaping around the community, and it always looks beautiful. If you have any questions the 2 ladies who work in the office answer promptly. Maintenance is on top of any concerns quickly. They have a few get togethers throughout the yr at the clubhouse to allow you the opportunity to meet some of your neighbors and have a good time. The apartments are very nice and updated inside. You have everything you need there - laundry facilities, a pool, and a fitness center. I would live there again in a heartbeat.”

“I enjoyed this property so much, the tour I was given was most helpful trying to find a property for my elderly parents. The apartment manager Cameron was very thorough and ensured all my concerns were addressed with the property. This is the type of property I want my parents to live in and I cannot wait for the final approval when it is their time to move! Great staff, the maintenance man and community manager are a great team as they both made sure any questions I had were answered. Wonderful senior community here in the hickory area! I still cannot believe how many cabinets the kitchen has and how beautiful the Community Room is. You really did a fantastic job building this property!”
