Beyond disappointed with this boutique. I ordered a dress and found out it would not be shipped because I did not pay for the shipping online after the order was placed? After trying to get the link to pay for the shipping, the boutique told me they would send the dress anyways. Once I finally received the dress, it was too large so I sent it back. I emailed them to ask about the refund or store credit and was told the item came back outside of the 14 days AND that it had dog hair. I've NEVER worn the dress and I sent back the dress in amazing condition. They told me they were going to donate the dress? Now, since they have not sent the dress to donation yet I can pay for them to ship it back to me (and what use the link that didn't work the first time?????). TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Clothing cost does not reflect the quality of clothing. Service is aggressive and pushy. The employees are bothersome, pretentious, and HOVER over you. Preferential treatment towards particular customers especially due to who they know in the business and how much they spend. If you don't "fit" their style or are older.....good luck. Parking is a nightmare.

I’m frustrated with the customer service I experienced today. My credit card was charged instead of using my gift card balance.I intended to purchase a dress with a gift card. While 1 checkout employee was looking up my gift card balance (using the gift card # I gave her), I was told by another employee to insert my credit card…so I did, thinking that if there was a remaining balance due after applying the gift card, that my credit card would handle rest.I was then informed that I have a $50 balance on my gift card, so I requested to use it. However in the meantime, unbeknownst to me, my credit card was charged for this item. The woman who told me to stick my card in was the original employee I had asked to check my gift card balance, so she was fully aware of my intentions.I explained how the sole purpose of asking about my gift card balance was to see how much funds I had left, and to obviously use it toward my purchase. Instead, I had to spend my own money on something I wouldn’t have bought if I didn’t have a gift card.I asked if this transaction could be reversed and instead applied to my gift card balance, as I had requested before. I was told that this cannot be done, that it was a “miscommunication,” and that I shouldn’t have stuck my card in if I didn’t want to be charged.I don’t appreciate being blamed for an employee’s mistake, especially when it costs me $. I’d appreciate it if the manager could reach out to me to solve this issue.

Cute clothes, however pricy. Some of the girls are pleasant but the majority are rude young girls. They have awful attitudes. Their return policy is the worst in retail be cautious.

Love the selections just really wish they would bring some affordable options into the stores. I visit both locations frequent and have to pick and chose what is worth the price for the quality of item. Very nice staff mostly every time I go in. I know everyone has off days but overall I’m happy with this business!

I absolutely love this boutique. I’ve been to many boutiques and never find what I really like. But I always come back to Aqua B. The girls in each store are very polite, kind, & helpful. They always have the most beautiful dresses and tops. And also love their jewelry. I always try each garment on because sometimes if your actual size is a large, a medium or small. Another size may fit. . What I’m saying is not all sizes are true to size. I’m in a large and sometimes I can wear a medium or even a small size. Mostly in the tops.

Don't go unless you want to make eye contact with all the workers CONSTANTLY. Such a pet peeve of mine. They just stare at you and hover over you. 4 girls working and me and my mom were the only ones in there. All their stuff is insanely overpriced and I could prob find all the same stuff on shein lol

I love Aqua B, very trendy and stylish. However I am a mother and most of my shopping I have at least one child with me. Yesterday my six year old asked me numerous times while we were in Aqua B why she could see the ladies butt that was helping me find what I needed. I understand most of the employees are young and very stylish and unfortunately butt showing shorts is a very normal thing however I won’t be returning to do any shopping until the fall when shorts are out of season.
