The staff are very friendly and resourceful. Tim Kerley does this Home Bot every month or every other, it shows our home value, the neighboring home values around us.. home how to's( weather proof, winterize, decorate etc..). This Company is top notch.. and I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy/refinance or whatever your needs may be in the realm of their (Atlantic Bay Morgtage) business this is where you should go.. We personally consider Tim our personal lender and our friend.THANK YOU for all that you've done for us..

Stacy Sharpe representing from this company was a vile person to work with, within 2 times talking to this lady it was evident that she was rude and unprofessional. Highly recommend anyone over these people. Unsatisfied and quit working with these people she has the audacity to send emails wanting a vote for her to be number 1 when she is only #1 in giving migraines.

I wouldn’t recommend this lender to my worst enemy. I am an active real estate agent and currently have the sellers on a deal with another agent who’s buyers chose this lender. We were supposed to close back in September! They seem to have zero regard for a date on the CONTRACT. They have no sense of urgency or care to even reply to phone calls, text messages, or emails. We are now halfway through October and still can not close and to top it off Mr. Tim Kerley who will not return my calls or texts has taken off and gone out of town for a week! Yet they apparently still need to do a well inspection and waiting on underwriting. How do the two even mix?! Is this how you want to be treated as a buyer?? Agents is this how you want to represent your buyers?? I have looked like a complete fool over the carelessness and lack of professionalism this lender and team have shown. Their cover photo says Top 5 in Catawba County, someone explain to me how that is possible.

These people have been nothing but worthless. Lies after lies .One minute told we would be closing three weeks later still not closed. Told everything was done just waiting on attonrey to set a date. That was a lie. Also they ignore your phone calls and emails. They screen calls. Go block your number and they will answer on second ring. Very unprofessional!! Jennifer Wright in Morganton. Do NOT go to this place. Her assistant will not answer and lies also.
