I have to say after having bad experiences at other locations, this experience put a smile on my face. I pulled up and before I even got out of the car a young man met me outside asking how he could help me. I went for an inspection and emission test and they got me done in less than 5 minutes! Excellent customer service and good work! I will be going back here for sure.

I had my van inspected on 07.17.24 at your Hickory location, which I have used several times in the past. I was having a rough day and your courteous, professional staff took care of my vehicle immediately. I paid with your convenient, touchless "card tap" reader and was back on my errands in no time. Thanks folks, you are excellent! I'll be back soon with my truck.
