Great service and quiet environment. Spend a few hours with my hubby here and enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere.

One of my favorite places to go. In a digital age there's just something special about holding a physical book in your hands.

We travel an hour nearly each weekend to this store to spend $150-200. We’re well known, premium members. Today, they wouldn’t accept my cash over a tiny tear in the bill citing corporate policy because the tear won’t allow the bill to pass through a machine. Shouldn’t they have a backup such as a pen to check bills with? Since they refuse to accept legal tender, we will no longer shop there, and we will not renew our annual membership next month. We’ll take our business to Amazon and Books-a-million where books are half the cost, less hassle, and who APPRECIATE their loyal customers.

Over the past couple years we’ve spent, conservatively, a few thousand dollars in here. However, after today we won’t be back. This store has evidently “upgraded” its big bill scanner to one that sucks the bill through and it doesn’t work if the bill is a bit worn or has a tear. The management has not bothered to provide a supplemental verification method like a pen, so if the scanner doesn’t take the bill they won’t accept it despite the bill being legal tender presented by Premium members. It’s a shame this is the new policy as it means we’ll be forced to find another store to support, in an area with a severe lack of bookstores.

Oh for the days of a return to Independent bookstores. You know those book stores where the employees were kind and didn't yell across the aisles to each other, who didn't walk away when you walked up to the counter because you took a few minutes to browse the assortment of oddities and items at the cash register line.I think next time I'll peruse the books available from Amazon. No attitude there.

Staff was abrasive and acted inconvenienced when asked about certain products. Told my husband he couldn’t purchase something that was out on the shelf. Definitely shop small for books not here.

This Barnes & Noble is fine, but I find the environment to be much louder than other Barnes and Naples I have shopped at. So, browsing magazines and books is not always pleasant. The staff are helpful. The variety of books and games is good. Wish they had a bigger variety of magazines for fiber crafts such as knitting

Barnes and Nobles is a place you are able to escape to world of fantasy and mystery. The place is always clean, the employees are always kind and helpful, and there's Starbucks inside to enjoy a nice cup of your favorite drink while reading your favorite book!

People are knowledgeable about their product and will help you pick or find what you're looking for but checkout is a mess. I had to stand there with only four people ahead with only one cash register open, and she had to carry on a discussion with everyone there. Let's get in and get out!!

Great store but we were in a long check out line with only one register open. Wish the clerk could have called for temporary backup help. I'm 80 and it was hard to stand in line for 20-25 minutes.

I love B&N! I was meeting a friend and had to take a leisurely stroll through the shelves. There were so many new books to consider. My favo section is the bargain shelves. Unique books for a variety of interesting reads. It was quiet the evening I went. A few people sat drinking coffee and chatting softly in the cafe. The perfect place to meet friends and to find new novels.
