They could not find an online order for a good little bit but they were able to find and we're willing to rebuild it but would have had to exchange some products because some were sold out.

I went to Bath & Body Works today to pick up some soap I ordered online. This was my first time ordering online from them. When I arrived, I waited at the counter for 15 minutes, but no one was there. I noticed a young employee named Karina and asked if she could help since no one was available. She just looked at me and said someone should be there, then told me to wait.
After waiting another five minutes, I went back to her and explained again that no one was at the counter. She sighed loudly, clearly annoyed, and finally walked over to assist me. Not only was she rude to me, but she was also unpleasant to the customers ahead of me.
It doesn’t matter whether I placed an online order with confirmation—which I did—because good customer service means doing your job. If you have an attitude, stay home.
If wendy still worked here this crap wouldn’t have happened .. Bath and Body Do Better!

Normally I have a great experience at this location but I went to pick up an order a couple nights ago shortly before they were about to close and the sales associate literally groaned to my face. I would’ve gotten there earlier if I could, but the transaction literally took 30 seconds. I would understand if I was there to shop around but again it was a 30 second transaction and I still left before close.

Every time I go in here they say I can’t use my coupons. Customer service said I could use them as long as they weren’t the same. The same lady constantly gives me an attitude about it and refuses to even scan them. Last time I was in there she kept asking me which coupons they were over and over because “corporate wouldn’t let them use some coupons”. Then, why would they send them to me? I had several emails reminding me to use the coupon. I had a $10 off $30 and a 25% off coupon. (Both could be used online and in store) I’ve used them together before but now mysteriously they can’t scan them together? I called to double check and was told I could at another b&bw. They don’t have any rules against stacking coupons in store?? The lady that’s always rude is taller, older, and has brown/gray hair. They have some really nice people there and it’s sad to see one person ruin my entire view of the place. She definitely shouldn’t be on the register or working with people period.

Just left the store after one of your dumb associates scanned my free item then said it’s just been redeemed and wouldn’t let me have it. I can’t make up this level of stupidity get it together and I will be calling corporate because that’s ridiculous. I spent way too much money at Bath and body Works for y’all to be trying to hustle me like that.

SOOOO SAD!!!! Literally received my Kate Spade bag as a birthday gift not even 4 months ago.. opened my bag up, noticed spots in the inside … looked around to see what it could be… THE BOTTOM OF MY “WINE NOT” chapstick is literally oozing out of the bottom of the stick???

This was the first time I visited a Bath & Body Works and I wasn't "swarmed" by sales staff. It was nice to leisurely spray samples and sniff lotions to find the perfect scent

I guess the employees here pawn the damaged candles off for the in store pickup orders? If you think I’m keeping these, I’m not. They will be returned and I will pick out my own. Yeah, product still works fine. But at $26.95, you best bet I’m getting one in near perfect condition. What a joke. No wonder they had them wrapped. I’m absolutely not keeping these, I doubt anyone would.

So apparently this store makes their own policies lol. It’s price for price. If a candle cost $26.95, then I am absolutely allowed to exchange for a candle that is $26.95. It doesn’t come out of your pockets, and absolutely I am not accepting the lowest selling price it went for. Had to call corporate, who obviously forced the exchange. Dang the look of embarrassment on her face. Now wouldn't it had been easier, just to follow the policy now don’t you think? Won’t be back here, as if I am ever. 100% online is better.
