We will always give this Boost Store high marks. The lady that runs the store oñ Springs Road has a vast network of people to help you with about any problem you might have with your phone. They're good, friendly, and courteous service. We bought some phones a year ago here, and they worked good up until recently, when we had a SIM card issue with one. We brought the phone in, and she very quickly checked the SIM card and called her network of people and got it worked out, and replaced it very quickly. Thank you for your fast and timely service.

I went in here trying to get a phone. Needed a new one was told I had an upgrade worth 320 I still had to be pay another 200 and I tried to add another line . The cashier didn't know how to do it but I wasn't upset with her she's just an employee. She put my phone protector on its fell off since then but I can't return after 7 days it's only been two weeks... what a joke boost and I've been with you guys for years. Oh yeah to add another line with just a regular phone for my niece was another 149.00 dollars

The girl that works at this store is highly rude. Shows no actual customer service. Does not ask certain questions that need to be asked. She is untrained. She shows no care for her job. Went to another boost store excellent service (Hedi). Was even told several others have come to her because the girl working at the springs rd location has several bad reviews.
