This is not their phone number it goes to a fax machine. Trying to drop my rental truck off & now I have to pay for more gas to drive to another location waste more time I don't have & pay a drop off fee even though it's 2pm on Saturday. Even got hung up on by the 1-800 number people. Not thrilled
