Please go elsewhere. Reservation made on 5/28 for today6/12. Get to location and counter staff says there is no reservation and we can not even see them! Manager states that I am not guaranteed the vehicle I reserve and they can offer me a 16’ truck. Now I’m stuck with no van to move items at 6 am in the morning.

Horrible customer service. Very unorganized. What should have been a simple 15 minute transaction took around an hour. I had reserved hand trucks as well that they didn't have. I reserved this weeks ago. I will never use this Budget vendor again.
