Very good place to find clothes and other stuff for your home but it would be great if they include more toys for kids and technology (gadgets, etc...)

I was excited to go in the store for the first time only to struggle to navigate any of the aisles for all the merchandise. It looked as though they had not tidied up straight in the shelves up at all. I had to move merchandise in order to view what they had on the shelves That was supposed to be there. I did not see one employee walk in the floor other than at the registers. The owls were difficult to get through even if the merchandise wasn't all over the floors

Worst bathroom experience of my life. The store wasn’t much better
I went into Burlington expecting to shop. What I didn’t expect was to survive a psychological endurance test in their bathroom.
I was in the bathroom for maybe 15 minutes, and the motion-sensor lights kept turning on and off insinuating that I was trapped in a low budget horror movie. Whoever thought motion sensors belong in a bathroom stall deserves jail time. Might as well tap dance just to convince the lights I was still alive and actively using the toilet. Nothing says dignity like aggressively flailing on the bowl as a fish out of water would just to keep the damn lights on.
Then, as if that wasn’t bad enough, the toilet flushed by itself every time I stood up to wipe. Before I even had the chance to grab a single sheet of toilet paper. The result? Ice cold toilet water sprayed directly onto my bare cheeks. Absolutely humbling, and absolutely disappointing.
To make things worse, the music was blasting the entire time. Even when the lights shut off, the music stayed loud, so I was sitting in the dark getting sprayed by phantom flushes while Burlington radio screamed in the background with shitty Christmas cover music. A truly immersive experience I did not ask for.
After surviving that nightmare, I tried to shop for Christmas gifts, only to be let down again. The clothing section was sad, picked over, and pointless. The only thing I found was a Skibidi Toilet plush collectible for the 5 year old nephew that I don’t have. Somehow that perfectly matched the energy of the entire visit.
Overall, Burlington managed to turn a simple bathroom break and shopping trip into a full on regret. I will not be returning unless I need to train for survival under extremely overstimulating bathroom experience conditions.

I’m so happy they opened here I found lots of great stuff. Lots of gifts or ideas. Minus would be to the HQ itself during the holidays those poor workers need to be supplied with extra IT and other “things that could go wrong” things. Registers on weekends especially Black Friday going to be crashing. I worked at retail myself. And the amount of technical issues on this day is insane. Just for the season I think the help needs to be provided. By no means I’m upset about store itself, location of the items, amount of items or prices. It’s all great. Just my opinion.

I thought this place have only nice clothes but not. They have all kinds of stuff. I love those Nintendo paintings and othes kitchenware. The place was clean and polite staff.

Great name-brand items at great prices. You never know what you may find. They usually have a good selection of big and tall clothing as well. 👍
