“Excellent service and quality processing of carcasses! First I’ll say that when I called to inquire about kill and dress for three hogs I left a voicemail. Mr. Lee Kong returned my call immediately and took his time answering my questions immediately putting me at ease. He informed me that he cannot scald hogs larger than 260# but I in my naïveté delivered two in excess of 400#! Mr. Kong graciously processed them anyway scraping them by hand to preserve the precious skin. Upon delivery to the restaurant, I received a note from the chef that they looked fantastic! I wish I could use Mr. Kong for all of my processing needs! Highly recommend! They kill and dress on Monday and Wednesday.”
