We just purchased a new mattress with matching pillows. We had visited several other places on Saturday morning, should have went here 1st and would not have wasted so much time. This morning was the 1st time in months that I did not wake up with a hurting neck. Thank you for the new bed. They were very patient and answered all our questions.

This is simply the worst experience I have ever had with a business. Been 4 months since we ordered our furniture and we have not recieved the full order. I call and talk with someone and they say "let me call and find out what's going on and we will call you back" we wait a week and no call so we call them back. They are on vacation. I call again today and got the exact same response. This place sickens me and we will never do business with them again. We will also make sure that everyone we know that comes to our shop or that we know, knows how bad this place is.

We have had mattresses from David Smith at Carolina Furniture Outlet for years. Too many years actually. It's time to buy another one or two.. I have many friends that have purchased mattresses as well and they love them and David. My daughter and I praise the Lord every night just to have a bed to lay in! David has been in business for 30 years. He's fair and also very funny. Best prices in town!
