About Carolina Pedal Works
Based on the reviews, Carolina Pedal Works is a great bike shop with great people. They offer extremely friendly and helpful customer service, with a more than fair price and super fast repairs. They have great service, fixing bikes at no charge, and a representative who was pleasant and very accommodating. The whole experience of ordering an e-bike was great, with staff who fitted the bike to the customer's needs and explained all the extras perfectly. It is the best bike shop in Western NC, with brands that are the best in the market and the best service. The atmosphere and people make it, and it is also a bar and a coffee shop with a bicycle addiction.

Took an old bike to have some repairs done. Staff was very helpful and had great communication. The work they did was excellent. The technician must love what he does, because he does it so well. Definitely recommend

Friendly staff here, they have helped me keep my mountain bike running strong. Just got a kids mountain bike here for my son as well. Love the trade in program.
