Based on the reviews, Carolina Pedal Works is a great bike shop with great people. They offer extremely friendly and helpful customer service, with a more than fair price and super fast repairs. They have great service, fixing bikes at no charge, and a representative who was pleasant and very accommodating. The whole experience of ordering an e-bike was great, with staff who fitted the bike to the customer's needs and explained all the extras perfectly. It is the best bike shop in Western NC, with brands that are the best in the market and the best service. The atmosphere and people make it, and it is also a bar and a coffee shop with a bicycle addiction.

Went for the firat time today to get a quick repair for a snapped bolt on my handlebars, and ask questions about the new bikes our family bought. They were extremely friendly and helpful, and had us in and out super fast at a more than fair price.

I had an issue with my Trek Fuel EX 8 that I bought from Jason at CPW and I called and talked to David with service and he got my bike in and got it fixed for me at no charge. I would highly recommend.

Hooked us up with a bike for an out of town visitor. Great oat milk latte and IPA draft beer after the ride.
