I never had issues until now. I spent $40 on one of the pens there, all for it to be defective. Showed the cashier and she stated to come back the next morning and talk to their first shift lady. Did exactly that and she wasn't there. They get store credit for defective products so idk why replacing mine seems like an issue with them ?. It shouldn't ever be leaking residue from what's inside of it but it does.

This is my convenient store. I know the owners, staff and they are great. They even took time out to meet my new lil boy. Cheap prices, fish tables, great staff, and it close to me.
