Kevin was an amazing realtor!! He helped our family find the perfect house, no matter how many tours it took. He was so patient and kind, and answered all of our questions in such a timely manner. He was a great communicator with us and with the selling agent, even though they were extremely difficult to work with. We would recommend Kevin to anyone looking for a home!

Natalie Armstrong has been a horrible realtor to me. I’m only giving one star because they wouldn’t let me give zero. When selling my house, the buyers were trying to negotiate in finding everything wrong that I could find, I guess I was hoping that Natalie would be on my side and try to help me save money. She told me that the buyers had a realtor that was just helping THEM save money. ? She gave me no advice whatsoever, even though she knew my house was being listed AS IS. Instead of helping me, save money and sell my house at a good price, it seemed like she just wanted me to settle to give you and give them whatever they want and make the sale quick. She did not make me feel like she had my best interest in mind AT ALL. When I told her, I may make the repairs myself and back out of the deal, she made me feel threatened when she told me I signed a contract and she would get her a commission whether I sell the house or not. ?. I did cave-in and give the people $4000 less and just wanted to get her in the whole thing behind me. As if THAT wasn’t bad enough, at signing the lawyer told me was house being for $193,000 when in fact the people got me to go down $4,000. So the sale price (and the tax that I’ll be charged for for selling my house at the end of the year SHOULD have been $189,000). The lawyer tried to explain that it didn’t matter if it came off the sale price or being used for closing. BUT it really DOES matter. Not only do I pay extra tax on that $4000 but Natalie gets more commission on that $4,000. Now isn’t that a kick in the teeth. I guess she wanted not only the money but kick me one more time on my way out. I COULD have backed out and demanded it be rewritten. But being a Friday AND having all my stuff on the moving truck….I wasn’t in the position to do that. I feel I was treated HORRIBLY by Natalie Armstrong and would NOT recommend her. She seems really sweet at first but….watch out. I didn’t see her slyness coming. If only I could’ve, should’ve and would’ve.

Linda Meares is by far the best real estate agent my husband and I have ever worked with. Linda made the process of selling of our home such a pleasant experience. She was also there for us at times taking the stress off our plates that often come with the sale of a home.
