We worked with Cory Klassett to sell our home in Newton. He was very professional, responsive, and highly knowledgeable of the area. When we first met with Cory, he took his time to thoroughly evaluate our property and provided market data to ensure we listed correctly (which was more than we expected). He also provided staging tips, had professional photographs taken, and more. We had a full price offer shortly after listing. There were some tricky factors in selling our home; Cory handled the challenges with ease and covered every step of the process with us-he really went above and beyond. He invested a great deal of time and effort into selling our property. We were impressed with Cory from start to finish and are so thankful we chose him to sell our home!

Cory is the best realtor i have ever met. He is an enthusiastic, eager, and honest person. Cory came in and told us the value of our home, as it was. He made suggestions of improvements we could do to raise the value of our home. To say Cory is a great realtor to work with is an understatement! My husband and I were so impressed with his knowledge of the areas we were searching in, the land we wanted to find and how to negotiate a fair contract. One week ago my wife and I attended the closing of a house we owned and Cory had listed for sale.
