I've been waiting a while now to post a review from cosmo motors. First off they don't inspect there vehicles like they say they do or they would of noticed the tires cupping in the center and starting to dry rot. Instead they throw on a bunch of tire shine and that's fixed. They did not disclose the car was ever in a accident with me but those are not really the problem. Before I even made it home which was a 45 minutes drive the car started to over heat. I called they acted like that was weird and said it probably the radiator cap. I get a new cap same problem. I call back and let them know my concern that it could be a blown headgasket due to coolant pushing to the overflow tank. I then get a flashlight and put down in the coolant reservoir. It was was full of what I can only assume was a stop leak because after I flushed it out the car started blowing coolant out of the radiator and was running even worse. I replaced the radiator and thermostat and it still over heated. With all of that I decided it's definitely a blown head gasket mind you I just bought this car and had no miles on it. Looking further into things I also found a leaking power steering pump and rack and pinion. The fuel level sensor was also messed up and would read inaccurately. I contacted cosmo motors multiple times and was pretty much told your on your own. Sent it to a shop and had to drop 9k on a car I didn't even have 500 miles on. It did in fact have two blown headgaskets multiple stripped bolts, leaking all behind the timing cover etc. Cosmo then decided to message me and ask about my purchase so I told them with no response. I along with everyone I know will no longer recommend them to anyone. Cosmo motors did not offer to help with this in any way shape or form along with that they scammed me for a 1000 deposit that I was told was refundable upon purchase. So with that being said if you want to spend 30k on a car and then drop another 9k into it just to drive it Cosmo motors is the place for you. They will take your money with a smile on there face knowing there selling you something that will not last and then give you a run around on it. 1 more thing that really let's you know what there about is the paper they sneak in that says you will not sue them which only makes me think I'm not the first or last. If anyone from Cosmo would like to rectify this issue you are more than welcome to contact me.

Worked with Matt from Cosmo after seeing a 2011 Camaro listed on Facebook marketplace. I told him I would be down there ASAP to look at the car and he held it for me, had it sitting right out front ready to go. Helped me find the best financing option for me and got me out of there in just a couple hours with my new to me Camaro. Car has done great.

Just picked up my VW alltrack from cosmo. KJ was my salesman and was wonderful to work with. I’ve always liked the selection Cosmo has on their lot. They have everything from family minivans to super cars. I’ve always stopped in when they have interesting cars and finally pulled the trigger today. I would definitely recommend them to others.

We went in for a 2014 Mustang GT. The team at Cosmo was very professional. Kyle had helped me look at the Mustang and even help me test drive it since I didn't know how to drive a manual transmission. Very nice dude!Due to a personal change in our situation, we decided not to purchase the vehicle, but overall the team at Cosmo was very professional, which is the only reason I'm leaving a 5-star review.

jacob bishop the manager at cosmo motors auto spa and his team are doinh a wonderful job!!! i was enormously impressed with jacob and his staff & the full detail they did on my porsche made it look showroom condition brand new again!!! while we waited jacob put us in a mini loaner car that was fun to drive while we visited the hickory mall. the service was fast i was completely satisfied and it was to my liking!!! hopefully will be going in for the cermanic wrap soon. we highly reccomend this elite 5 star detailer!!!

I’m not even sure where to begin as my jaw is still on the floor with how amazing of an experience this car buying process went. To make a long story short (kind of) my boyfriend and I flew down to purchase a car he had been looking at for a while, when we got there a lovely man named Paul picked us up from the airport and drove us about 45-1hr to Cosmos dealership, during this drive we had learned that the bank completely shafted us on getting the money into the account when they said it would be and created a whole mess of problems. But not for Cosmos. They pulled out all the stops to help us out and really made us much less anxious about the whole thing. Chance really handed out what felt like V.I.P treatment trying his hardest to help us find accommodations (which was a tough go as every hotel was completely booked out due to power outages across the state) Not only did he help us find somewhere to stay for the night, he also gave us an awesome loaner car so we weren’t cooped up all day, and were able to enjoy the area and do activities. I’m not sure what a couple of kids from Minnesota did to deserve this outstanding service but in the end, we got the car we wanted, and they certainly have customers for life.KJ, Chance, and Nicole,Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for all you did for us, it certainly will not be forgotten.

Cosmo Motors has pretty good sales service. The guys are nice, not pushy, and were very attentive. We ordered a vehicle over the phone and then came and picked it up. The car we bought was spotless and detailed very nicely. The showroom and parking lot is clean and inviting. Lots of really nice cars in there.The day we visited they had the grand opening of the diecast store inside. That place is cool. Many, many great diecast vehicles and other machines. It's a neat tie-in that is logical for the car dealer.Why not five stars? Because though we were assured that the car had been looked at closely and driven on the highway, we noticed a sound while driving it home. That didn't show up during the round the block test drive. Perhaps if that test drive had turned left we would have noticed. There was a small issue with some of the fender liner on the front passenger wheel-well that would only touch the tire when high-speed air forced it back onto the tire or during a heavy left turn.I've fixed the issue, and I'm grateful that it wasn't major because I had already bought the car as-is.It's a reminder that we need to be hyper-detailed when looking at/driving cars, either in-person or remotely.

From start to finish the staff at Cosmo Motors we’re first class while helping me purchase my Dream Car from their showroom. Even though my car sells itself, my sales rep Kyle Put In Work answering all of my “out of state” questions with multiple phone calls, texts and videos of the car in detail. Truth is the car was way better in person and pics just didn’t do it justice. Shipping was offered but being only one state away, my brother and I decided to take the opportunity pick the car up in person and check out their great facility. I never felt any type of hard sale and couldn’t have asked for a more awesome experience. Thanks!Update. I Found out that the car has been in a accident before and the whole front end rebuilt without a blemish on the title. Not cosmos fault but just goes to show that carfax is not the tell all when buying a high performance car.

I found myself searching for a jeep for about a month before I came across this purple beauty on the Carfax website. I had already been pre approved for financing, with more than enough available to obtain what I wanted, so it was just about locating my diamond in the rough and something different. I would have given five stars due to the ease of process and pretty much black and white price explanation from KJ, how they welcomed me, had the car waiting, etc. Three things that I didn't think were up to par or to me a fair and just procedure. One was having a $40k car being an AS IS purchase. To me, to assure confidence in your product there should at least be a 30 day warranty. At least. Secondly if you just made a profit of over $40k with someone, the least you can do is provide a full tank of gas on the vehicle. I was given my car on a qtr tank and had to immediately go to the gas station, because we had an hour ride ahead, and lastly but the worst part of my experience, was the individual whose responsible for getting you to sign all the ppwk, insisted on carrying on a conversation with my daughter about kids and motorcycles nonstop, which I found to be very unprofessional and more sneaky than anything, you are requesting that I sign legally binding documents, but not even once without me asking offered to explain what each document was and what they meant, or why I needed to sign them. Thank goodness Im a reader and liked the jeep so much or that AS IS and his poor explanation or lack thereof, would've been a deal breaker. It got so bad and OBVIOUS to what he was doing, that my 22 year old daughter had to say, excuse me can you explain these documents to my Mom, he literally kept eye contact with her and talking to her about everything else outside of the actual business at hand, while sliding me paper after paper to sign without a peep other than sign here sign here sign here, and me having to over and over ask questions, never missing a beat talking to her or making eye contact with me, the actual purchaser, everything from bill of sales, arbitration agreements, non suit abilities, AS IS acknowledgement ppwk, basically documents that cover them if indeed they did sell me a piece of trash. Please work on this with him, he almost cost you this sale, because his nonchalant rebuttal at me being concerned with purchasing something for $42k AS IS, left so much to be desired, because I felt that his tactics however presented as soft dialogue, were intended to be diversionary to say the least, and you could tell this is something he's quite comfortable doing, because no one deserves to not be informed by someone asking them to sign paperwork with an over five figure debt. He really ruined the experience for me, then had the audacity to joke about the ppwk already being signed already, after I asked them afterwards to show me the features in regards to removing the top etc so I could make sure they all worked. Great car great price but kind of shotty service with the binding documents aspect and AS IS policy as if you're buying a $5k car. Make sure he explains everything to you that you're agreeing to.

Regarding the sales experience I have to give 5 star to Matt as he was super helpful and since I was out of state he showed me the car over phone and took it to a local mechanic for a private party inspection, arranged a pickup for me from the airport and had all documents ready. I was in an out in 15 minutes

I would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation for the great experience I had buying a Jaguar from Cosmos Motors. I had been searching for a very specific 2015 Jaguar F-Type SV8 for a few months when I found what I was looking for on the Cosmos Motors website. All the information posted on the website provided me with the necessary details to convince me to send an inquiry. I sent a message that evening stating my interest and was contacted the next day by a sales representative, Matt Glover. Matt was professional, knowledgeable, and understanding of my hesitancy. Most importantly, he was incredibly responsive to my endless barrage of calls/texts/questions – this was crucial to my decision to buy a car located 6 hours away from my home. Matt sent additional videos and closeups of the car. I cannot exaggerate what an amazing job their detail shop did preparing the car for sale. A 2015 black Jaguar is supposed to have a few swirl marks, minor scratches, and a chip here and there – it did not! In fact, after seeing the pics I asked Matt about the cost of ceramic coating. He introduced me to the detail shop manager, Jacob Bishop.Jacob took the time to explain how and what they used to detail the F-Type. I asked him about applying a protective film to vulnerable places on the car in conjunction with the ceramic coating. He recommended the areas to protect, explained why, and made me an offer on the price - to which I instantly agreed! I previously owned a black 2014 F-Type S V6 that had minor chips and swirls in the same areas Jacob described – he obviously knows his cars. Additionally, the previous quotes I received from shops in Northern Virginia for those same services on my 2014 Jag were significantly higher.The deal was made and all I needed to do was get to Cosmos to drive the car home. Matt arranged for a driver to pick me up at Charlotte Airport (about an hour from Cosmos). That sounds easy but our plane had to return to Dulles Airport 20 minutes away from landing in Charlotte and after three hours of delays, we were back in the sky. Matt and the Cosmos driver, Paul, were understanding, patient, and unshaken. Paul and I chatted all the way to the dealership, he was pleasant company and had some great stories. When I arrived at Cosmos, the car was ready and impressive as described. Matt and Jacob walked me around the car, describing what had been detailed, and we took it for a drive (yes, I am still smiling). The general manager, Chance Parsons, finalized the sale effortlessly and with the same laid-back friendly attitude. This was the theme from cradle to grave throughout this entire experience.Okay, I have to admit only one thing was disappointing. My drive home was about 375 miles, and they did not fill the car with gas. I should have asked, but it didn’t occur to me until I pulled out of the lot. Not necessary or even expected, but that would have been a nice touch.This is the longest review I have ever written (positive or negative). My dad sold cars for over 20 years, and I know most of the tricks and tactics they use to not only make the initial sale but too also push expensive add-ons and hidden fees. I cannot express how impressed I was with Matt, Jacob, Chance, Paul, and my overall experience purchasing a car from Cosmos Motors. Their entire team was incredibly helpful, courteous, and professional throughout the entire process. I would certainly recommend Cosmos Motors to my friends and would buy another car from them with total confidence and comfort. I will follow up with a 90-day review or as needed.Denny Wood

I recently purchased a vehicle from Cosmo Motors and traded in my Porsche 911. The on site experience was good, didn't take long and the reps were friendly. Had it not been for the rest of this review, I would have given them 5 stars. My frustrations began a month after the transaction when I was charged for both my new vehicle as well as the one I sold a month prior. I called CM about it and they said that their third party processor didn't receive the paperwork. Ok...regardless of the reasons, I was out over $800 that I had to wait to get back once the issue was resolved. According to my bank, I was still the owner and financially responsible for the vehicle I no longer had in my possession. I had to keep calling back to get updates on the issue as I was not contacted when I was told I would be. By month two, the payment for the sold vehicle was due again. My bank still showed it had not been paid off. I finally spoke to the GM there who helped expedite the paperwork and I didn't have to make a second payment on the old car. But overall, I had two frustrating months trying to figure out how to get my old car paid off and my money back. When the paperwork finally got resolved, it was weeks after the sale so the payoff changed but I was still stuck paying the interest because the bank held me responsible, which I don't think is fair. The car was no longer in my possession so I shouldn't have had to keep paying anything on it. I'm out over $200 because of their paperwork mixup. I liked the guys who work there but I am giving an honest review based on my experience. I won't tell anyone to not buy from them, but be cautious and maybe do a follow-up a couple weeks later to verify that their paperwork got processed.

Bought my 2020 corvette from cosmo motors. Traded in 2016 z06. Kyle and the staff were very helpful and made me feel like I was at home instead of at a dealership.
