Worst customer service !!!! Wish I would have gotten the guys name cause I would blast him on here. I will go to another Cricket store from now on.

Tevin will switch what phone you're getting without telling you. Did not leave with the phone I chose, and didn't know it was switched until it was too late for refund. Awful customer service. Music too loud. Needs to be on shift with someone else.

I will never, ever return to the Cricket store on Hwy 70, near Olive Garden. There was only one person working there, Tevin, and he had music turned way up. I had to ask him twice to turn it down. My relative needed a phone to replace the one she dropped last night. I thought it shouldn't take us more than 15 or 20 minutes, but I was wrong, I was so wrong. He showed her a Moto G phone that was free. We said we'd take that one, then we started looking at cases, which Tevin said were $20. He let us look on our own for a Moto G case, which he said they had on the wall. We looked and looked, then called him over. He glanced at the wall and said they don't have any. My relative said she didn't need a case today, that we could go elsewhere for it. He said the phone was free, but I paid $112.69 for a free phone. As we were waiting for him to activate the new phone, I noticed that the side of the box had Samsung Galaxy on it. I asked where the Moto G phone was, and he said, "We didn't have a case for it, so I switched the phone." Who does that? We wanted the Moto G because that's the kind that got broken that she's been using. She made a comment that now she was in a bad mood, and Tevin yelled at her, "You came in the store in a bad mood." Who would say this to a customer? I've worked in retail and have 30 plus years of customer service training, and I would never say anything like that to a customer. (Perhaps Tevin could benefit from a class in customer service?) When I complained about the wrong phone and why I paid over $112 for a free phone, he just kept saying that I "paid for the free phone," which doesn't make sense in the least. He charged me $8 for a protection plan that I never asked for. He works on commission, so I'm sure that's why I was overcharged for a "FREE" phone.

ood job because he never interacted only to comment on the conversation I began to distract my brain from just CUSSING THE RUDE SALESMAN WITH A NASTY ATTITUDE FOR PUBLIC SERVICE. BUT CRICKET IS THE BEST.

We have used cricket for over 13 years and we love them. They have great service and really reasonable prices. Everytime we go to this Cricket store, they always treat us with the upmost respect. They always give us a discount on cases and phones and that really helps out when you're buying 4 phones at a time. That's the only down side with them is that you have to buy your phone outright before you can start a plan rather than financing it through your carrier. But luckily my family aren't really rough on their phones, so they last them about 2 years. I go through a phone a year because of my work. Great phone carrier for the price and service.

I don’t like this cricket anymore they always try to haggle you and hassle you into buying a “bundle” when all you want is a phone and that’s it. Very shady business dealings they do in there… used to be my favorite cricket in the area when they had the 2 male workers in there a year or so ago, now the people in there are rude & lie. They need to close this one like they did the one off springs road now I drive to conover cricket

I have been with this company since 2007 but lately with not having change for cash payed bills or offers for discounts that don't go through as they should. No contracts or late fees was how i joined this company. I didn't get my discount i had to drive & use my gas and time to break change. I am a small biz owner i install carpet & never inconvenience the customer ur biz should be set up for there convenience
