My in-store experiences have generally been positive. I will say the pharmacy is oftentimes out of a medication that I need. I have not been treated rudely, though. I have had to come back for a medication the pharmacy is out of that I am also out of and one which I am required by my Doctor to take EVERY DAY. Missing a dose for even one day causes me at least discomfort if not pain. It seems to me, there should be some internal computerized system which predicts when a regular customer, like me, will need a refill. Therefore, why should any store, especially a pharmacy, not know when a regular customer will need a refill and therefore have the medication in stock? This is the only issue I have with this pharmacy. This pharmacy is not particularly unique concerning this issue, however.
I strongly believe US Doctors over medicate their patients anyway. I am trying to cut back on all the prescriptions I take. It is a battle but I have been able to reduce the meds I take by half (of the prescribed dosage) with no long-term effects so far.

I have been using this CVS since it opened. Up until recently things have gone down hill rapidly. The wait times are increasingly long, and there is at least one staff member who is dismissive and downright rude. A prescription was sent into this pharmacy by my provider and it required a PA. Once the PA was approved I called and spoke to said worker who stated that they never got a prescription for that medication at all even though I could see the prescription on my CVS app. After being dismissed by this worker and told I didn’t know what I was talking about. I called corporate and spoke with a nice lady who was miraculously able to see the prescription on her end as well. She reached out to this same worker who was again rude and disrespectful to the corporate worker. She finally admitted that she “found” the prescription and then hung up on both myself and corporate. I have never made a review before but feel like this should be called out. I understand retail pharmacy workers are underpaid and over worked; having worked as a certified pharmacy tech I do empathize but this particular worker’s behavior was abhorrent and inexcusable.

I visited this CVS in hopes of finding Christmas cards and makeup. Compared to other places I’d visited, this location had more choices of inexpensive boxes of cards. I was satisfied with the selection. Unfortunately, I did not find the makeup I needed. Overall the place was clean and organized. They had only one self checkout but I didn’t have to wait long. Very convenient location and I’ll be back.

It is always something with this pharmacy. Apparently they do not know how to count or do their job. If you did you would not run out of a medication every week that someone has been getting from you for years. You order enough for your customers. I will be switching pharmacies. After it happening every week for months now. I'm done.

Had to pick up a prescription for my sick child at this pharmacy - was met with THE NASTIEST attitude from the short woman with shoulder length blonde hair and thick framed glasses. GET RID OF HER. I just came to get medicine not receive a disgusting attitude.

Hands down, slowest CVS drive through CONSISTENTLY. It does not matter what time of day it is, or how many people are back there working. Only reason im.not giving them 1 star is that the staff are reasonably friendly.

Pharmacy staff is attentive, and answered all questions. Howard was thorough in providing explanations. The pharmacists and staff have to abide by CVS policy coupled with staffing shortages. If unhappy, fill your prescriptions at another pharmacy.

MY WIFE HAS BEEN WORKING FOR A WEEK TO GET THE CORRECT MEDICINE FOR HER SEIZURES. THE PHARMACIST SAID HE HAD TO ORDER THE CORRECT ONE SHE TAKES. SHE WAS NOTIFIED IT WAS FILLED. WENT TO PICK IT UP AND THEY TRIED TO PASS OFF THE ONE SHE CAN'T TAKE. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. VERY DANGEROUS TO THE HEATH OF A CUSTOMER .SUCH INCOMPETENT PRACTICES ARE UNACCEPTABLE. AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I traveled all the way across Hickory to this location as it says it closes at 9pm and got here and it was closed at 815pm.

nice folks and have hours that most cvs don’t have anymore, most are 10 before they open and close at 7 . man what has happen to america and our work ethic, its went to hell in a hand bag is all i have to say
