Most definitely one of the worst pharmacies there is.... Nothing but trouble out of this CVS pharmacy other CVS's are normally okay. This pharmacy is closed more than they are open.

I've been using this exact pharmacy since I was a child, the new staff... for a lack of better words, SUCKS. I just made a phone call to let them know my partner was coming to retrieve a prescription of mine because I don't feel well enough to drive on my own. Well after sitting on hold for 5 years and having to call back, argue with the bot, and FINALLY get to talk to someone, she's unenthusiastic, bored tone, short answering, "mm. bye*click*" was how the phone call was ended after my question was answered(thankfully). I know it's not a "don't go here this place is horrible" kinda review but seriously, it was a simple question on a phone call, put in a little energy, get it done, and don't be a cunt about it.

The absolute worst customer service for pharmacy I've experienced. Sat in a drive thru for more than 30 minutes only to be met with the woman at the window look at me and close the shade. I proceeded to go inside to recieve my MUCH NEEDED prescription to be met with, "We close at 7pm" It was 7:01 and I reiterate I waited on them for more than 30 minutes. After explaining the need for the medication I was also met with, "We've been here since 8am and we're ready to go home." As if the people needing their medication haven't been working all day. Just pure disregard for the people they serve. Outright unprofessional and extremely slow in getting people what's needed. If I could rate lower I definitely would. Needless to say, but I've switched pharmacies.

A few days ago, my son and I passed by the CVS drive thru to pic up a prescription. I asked about getting a covid booster and flu shot for both of us. Even tho they were terribly short handed, the pharmacist took time to get us the shots. He even talked my young son thru the shots he was scared of. All this while being very short handed and overworked. Thank you all that work there

Got off work at 530 and was waiting in the pharmacy line at 535 knowing they close at 6 right now. But i didn't think they would close the pharmacy to people who had been waiting in line for 25mins. So now i guess i have to wait another day to get my kids medicine. That's a little ridiculous. It's not my fault i was there 25 mins before they close waiting. Will be looking for a new pharmacy!!!!

Bad pharmacists that think they know better than my doctor. Will not receive my business. I suggest you go elsewhere.

Would put ZERO if possible! Dropped pictures off to get developed for my mom, around MOTHERS DAY. July 10th, after numerous calls and wild goose chases, they inform me that the mail man never scanned the package and they were lost. They leave me voicemails because I am always busy, and it’s different people all using the name Anita. They have a script wrote down beside my name on the photo books if I call to track them. They are told to say “I personally handed them to the mail man, this is Anita the manager”. The day I dropped my photos off, my sister and I were barely greeted with a “hey”. We stood at the photo section for 5 minutes, no other customers in the store, “Anita” walked away from the counter and pretended to stock items. When we asked where should we leave our photos so they get sent, she said the counter. She didn’t even take them from us, even though the spot to place them for shipment was behind the counter, on the back wall where customers are not allowed. Go to Walgreens across the street if you ever need film developed. Their estimated pick up was DOUBLE of what CVS’ was predicted to be, and arrived in HALF of th at estimated amount, yet no photos from CVS yet almost 2 months later. And get told they are not trackable and lost. These were 20 year old disposables. Not like we can print more. Thanks Anita!

I called and verified this location had the syringes I needed, and drove 13 miles to purchase them. Though having bought syringes for my medication at the Mountain View and Conover locations, after arriving this location arbitrarily decided it was "company policy" not to sell them to me as I had not bought the actual medication (1.79 times more expensive) from CVS.I am changing the meds we purchase from CVS to another provider. Old grumpy and miss stumpy in the Pharmacy are overdue for training in customer service.

Counter: Always helpful and full of enthusiasm Pharmacy: Miss the common niceties sometimes due to the obvious stress of the job but if called on it, they stop and take that moment to take a breath from the \"conveyer belt\" and be friendly.

Very friendly service but unfortunately the pharmacy is severely understaffed. The posted hours are 8pm, but you will need to check daily because they often close even earlier than 8pm. If you are in a hurry to get a prescription filled this is not the place. You are much better off to go to the CVS on 127 in Viewmont where they are always well staffed and have convenient hours.

Always friendly \\u0026 helpful store employees. Reasonable prices. They offer lots of coupons for future purchases after each purchase. Great variety of products, especially seasonal items. They often offer \\\"buy-one-get-one\\\" either free or half off. Love this store.

CVS does not have printers for Ups services like the website says. I had to pay for a picture or go find a place to print a shipping label. This is crazy!!!

For years this was our go to for prescriptions, but in the past year they have gotten terrible. The last three prescriptions for my child have been a nightmare to get. They send a text saying the prescription will be ready in an hour. When I arrive three hours later they don't have it ready or they are completely out. Why can't I get a text letting me know what is going on before I make several trips back and forth. The icing on the cake is that there is never an apology. Does the manager train the employees to never show empathy? I don't get it. Switching to Walgreens across the street.

The pharmacy was very quick and kind. It was very busy the day I was there (I presume because of the holiday season!) but the nice lady there, I believe her name was Susan, was very nice and kind to me as I got my medication. I would recommend coming back here for its reliable, fast, and kind service
