Me and one of my team mates came into dsg today to buy a set of Callaway apex and a different set of Titleist t200s but decided we will buy from the morganton location instead purely due to the terrible service from Danny in the golf department (both of us are all conference golfers for our hs). Danny we waited for over 45 minutes in the club testing room for assistance only for you to service 2 people who got there after us, and we can’t help but to think this is because we are younger. You sat there and told a man who got there after us about how you’ve had 2 divorces while we waited to use clubs. Pure lack of professionalism, dsg you need to explain to Danny to not judge customers off age and run away customers ready to spend $3000+.

Ordered and paid for a pair of hiking shoes online that were to be held for pickup at Hickory location. Went to pickup shoes and discovered the sales associates had pulled the wrong shoes ( not waterproof like I ordered) but the wrong size as well. Shoes that I had ordered were sold before I got there. Sales associates were not particularly helpful.

This was my first time in this store and I was happy with the service I received. I was in a rush, but the employee Josh helped me find some cleats for my son. I was in and out the store in 3 mins! I will be back when I have more time to shop. Thanks Josh!

My daughter, granddaughter and son in law went in yesterday to purchase shirts for a Carolina Panthers game tonight. They were never ask if they needed help. Not even a hello. They were followed and watched as if they were criminals because they tried the shirts on over their shirts. They wanted to make sure they fit. You including your little manager should have at least offered to help them rather than treat them like criminals. They will be taking their business elsewhere from now on. If I were them I wouldn't have even purchased anything but they did. Learn how to deal with people because that was uncalled for. Standing the corners with your little .outh peices co.municatung with each other instead of your customer not cool.

i broke my ball but i had a protection with the ball they said i had to call a specific number to submit the application the number said go back to the store and tell them we said i can get a new ball and they said no you have to wait 4 hours and i spent 169.99 plus tax on the ball?

A really good place to go and get stuff for sports if you haven't been here go and check them out and the staff have a lot of knowledge on the products in the store and the prices are really good to so go and take the family and get some really good stuff for your kids to play sports and they also have a lot of good clothes and golf equipment to and I can't forget about the camping and fishing gear so go and check them out you won't be disappointed
