During my return process with DBF they messaged so I was informed on what was happening during the whole process. I purchased 2 sweaters, 2 shirts and one polo so far. All products are high quality and very soft! Regarding shrinking, no problem with the v-neck sweater. I have no reason to buy cloths from any where else.
