Great experience returning a rug. They resized the box I brought in so that the item wouldn’t be crushed during transit (no charge). They also packaged it even though I brought my own tape. It was a great experience and very quick!

Well, I guess lessons learned. FedEx is not the company I have come to use for as long as I can remember, their customer service is unable to assist the customer and rude. There is no ownership and if you don’t want to help the customer on the phone just transfer them back into the IVR and good luck the next customer service peer that gets that customer. Leadership is rude and overall unhelpful. The Mission Statements focused on Customer Service and taking care of the customer doesn’t matter and that as a customer I need to be an expert in all processes, policies, and procedures of FedEx or I will be out of any resolution to ship packages. Or get assistance, resolution or customer service from FedEx. Needless to say, disappointed to say that the United States Postal Service does a better job then FedEx.

Jeff and Brent helped me do multiple tasks right on the spot. They really know what they are doing and I would HIGHLY recommend this Print and Ship Center offered by FedEx Office within the Walmart Super Center.
