Not what I was expecting. This store is selling mostly new furniture, I witnessed it coming off a truck in boxes. It all has that new furniture chemical smell. For a place listed as consignment I'm expecting used and even vintage furniture and decor that's in great condition.

They have nice furniture ... and everything is staged so beautifully. Keep in mind that this is mostly brand-new surplus furniture at reasonable prices -- it is not a traditional consignment shop offering second-hand items.

Pro tip: don't greet your potential customer with, "take your drink outside," immediately after they've entered the store. Not only did we take our drinks outside, but we took our business with it.Treating a grown adult like they're a child in need of rebuke isn't recommended as a business owner or representative. I'm fully capable of holding my coffee and not spilling on your furniture. Also, if your policy is not to have drinks in your store, why not put up a sign in your window indicating as much?You may want to reconsider your customer service standards, in order to treat potential customers with fairness and respect.Because of this, I cannot recommend this business.

I called ahead about an item I saw on FB and they sold it to someone else in the hour it took me to drive over. Make sure you get a guarantee they’ll hold it before you make the drive.

I really enjoy stopping by to what is new at Fine Consign. The variety is fantastic and the prices are very fair for a consignment shop. I also enjoyed the fact that they offer to help you, but do not follow you around the store. (be sure to check out the bargains in the basement.)

Made a big move to the area and sold most of our furniture to make the move. So, my wife and I are looking for good quality furniture. There is some really nice new furniture stores but it comes at a price. This store has many great used options. I like how the price tags have a discount system in place so you do not have to haggle on price because you will know if it is a newer consigned item or been on the floor for a while and a deal can be made. We bought a couple items and we will be buying some more!

Not greeted when entering store. Had to make sure someone was there. Found him hiding behind desk. Barely spoke. Did not offer any help. Will not be back!
