DO NOT BUY FROM FINISH LINE.
01.14.25 UPDATE. guess what...no refund processed. Big suprise. Called customer service and was told the refund had not been processed properly. While on hold for them to properly process the refund, I was hung up on with no return phone call. Filing a dispute with the credit card company. I'm done.
Customer services is a joke. I ordered a pair of shoes for Christmas. The box I received was correct, however, the shoes inside were not the right color or the right size, and they looked like they had been worn. Returned the shoes on 12.18.24. Shoes were received by Finish Line on 12.26.24.
Called on 12.30.24 because I hadn't received notification of the replacement shipping. Was told there were 2 tracking numbers issued, and they would mark the return received and get the shoes sent out. 01.08.25 I called customer service (really not much service for the customers, but whatever) was told that my shoes had been cancelled and I should have received and email and refund (neither had showed up-not even in the spam folder). Was told refund would be on the credit card by 01.10.25. Nope. Didn't happen. Called again on 01.11.25 and was told to now wait until Tuesday for the refund. Every time I have ordered from this company in the past there has been a problem with the order(usually the shoes just don't show up or only part of the order shows up). Customer service was always great and fixed the problem so I tolerated the issues. Now, the customer service is a joke.

I will NEVER buy anything from Finish Line again. Bought my daughter a pair of Panda Dunks for Christmas online and picked them up in store. After she opened them at Christmas, she ordered the crease protectors and never even tried them on until they arrived. She walked across our living room floor twice and the shoes slipped on her heels so she took them off and put them back in the box to return. Took them to the Hickory store and was told that they couldn’t be exchanged because they were dirty and creased. Asked to speak to a manager. Destiny stated that they were used because she tried them on outside of the store. So you can go in store and try them on and they aren’t used? But you order them online and try them on at home and they are used? The shoes were clean and did not have a single crease in them. Absolutely disgusted at their policy. Now my 15 year old daughter is left with shoes that she can’t wear and can’t return. Expensive shoes might I add!! Never again!!!

One of your employees just stood there while we were waiting for someone to attend us at the register. She just stood there and stared and didn’t help any of the other employees. Just stood there staring at her phone. We had to go up and ask someone to attend us after waiting there for a solid 7 minutes while she just stared at us..

Felt racially profiled. I have been gone out of town for two years. I came back 04/01. My bf bought us a pair of Jordan’s that he thought I would like on 04/04. I didn’t like the fit and we tried to return them on 04/05. We were told to come back because they didn’t have the money to do the return. I went back last Saturday. When trying to return the item, my BF and I were told that this would be the last time they return our stuff because we are always buying Jordan’s and returning them. I have never returned a pair of Jordan’s in my life. When I told them we had been out of town for two years, they said “the receipt says you bought these shoes on the 4th.” I kindly rephrased that we had been out of town until now. What’s crazy is I use to work there and never returned a thing I bought and they know it. Reached out to the hire ups for my return record since they could not provide it for me.

it a shame, the customer service this place got i spend 500 hundred dollars in clothes and shoes pants was to big, so I went and axchange with my recipes,they wanted to keep my original recipe with me out of merchandise,I paid with a credit card, they supposedly have to return money to my credit card, guess What, they tried to still the item that is why they want to keep my original recipes, becarfo if you go shopping at store #357 alerts

Their customer service is amazing & always willing to do w/e is necessary to help/assist you, & they’re pretty much always available!! Every time I had any questions/issues ((lost package’s thanks to UPS screwing up, NOT Finish Line!!)), the customer service rep.’s knew exactly what to do & they got it done right then!! Not once have I ever got stuck talking to a rude or unhelpful customer service rep. with Finish Line... My family shops at FinishLine.com & at our local store often. I have & will continue to recommend them to others...
