My husband and I were lead here on a hunt for tile, but ended up buying all of our flooring for our new build home here! Chad was wonderful to work with and still is. He explained everything thoroughly and gave his honest opinions when we asked him any type of questions. He can do it all. We are continuing to use him on other finishing details of our home as well. Would recommend him to anyone that asks!

I had a wonderful experience! We were looking for just a small amount of tile to complete our backsplash in the kitchen. Chad was amazing and found us the perfect match. He even let me take some tile home to make sure it worked. We will definitely work with them on our next project.

Purchased engineered wood less than 2 years ago and was installed by Blue Ridge Tile and Flooring. Within a year had problem. Found paperwork over week ago and called jeff to see if anything could be done said he would contact installer. Still not heard back. Floor beautiful, installation and warranty not so much. My advice, go somewhere else.

We have purchased both flooring and tile from Furniture and Flooring Design. The inventory and number of vendors is impressive. The owners have gone far beyond the standard customer service in assisting us. We recomend this establishment to anyone looking for hardwood or tile.

Jeff was honest and fair, a pleasure to work with. I ordered 375 ft of Somerset solid white oak flooring and did not encounter any “surprisesâ€. The order came in when Jeff said it would and the flooring was like the original samples. Installed the flooring myself and am very happy with the results. My wife is elated. Someone told me about this flooring store located behind Wendy's on Sandy ridge road.we were looking for nice luxury vinyl floor had been to Lowe's/Home Depot and few other in town nothing really stood out then went here could not get over the big selection they had compared to the rest around town so glad we listen and went there they were very helpful in showing the differences between the slections Best prices&service in town! Highly Recommend!!!

We bought hard wood from Jeff. We were told we were getting grade A premium wood. After starting the install, we noticed some of the wood was flawed and not straight. Jeff assured us we had quality wood and that we "just got a bad box". Clearly it was more than one box so we called the manufacturer. The VP said Jeff knew what he was selling us and that he should of told us what we were buying. When Jeff was called out on his sale. He stopped all contact with us and offered NO refund or replacement of wood. If we knew we were buying poor quality wood, we would have NEVER gone with the type of wood that we bought. So, STAY AWAY FROM THIS USED CAR SALESMAN! DON'T LISTEN TO JEFF'S BS! HE WILL RIP YOU OFF IF HE CAN!
