I normally enjoy shopping at this Goodwill but not anymore! I shopped there yesterday and the cashier was rude if not ignorant. I paid as usual and of course they asked about rounding up my amount. I asked where the money was going and she could not tell me off the top of her head but reluctantly looked for some information to share with me! After ringing me up she dropped my items on the ledge beside the register. I asked if she was not going to fold my clothes and she said, “sorry they don’t like us doing that when we are busy.” Mind you…three registers were open. She said, “sorry about that.” How rude and ignorant was that? You don’t provide bags for our purchases anymore, you ask about “rounding up but yet you are rude. I think cooperate needs to be made aware of your employees behavior!

They over price their items. See for yourself - their glassware items are all individually priced for OVER $1.00 when their sign on the shelf says that all glassware items are $1.00. They had mason jars priced at $2.00 when their sign clearly says they’re priced for $1.00. The people ringing you out will charge you for the $2.00 price regardless of what their sign says.
I came to this location over the Viewmont location because the Viewmont location does the same thing. Y’all taking advantage of people when you’re getting your items for FREE. Badwill.

I recently dropped off three 30 gal. bags of freshly washed clothing and bedding in addition to a bag of hangers. The young man at the drop off entrance was very disinterested in assisting me in unloading the car. He was more interested in his phone. He did not even ask if I wanted or needed a receipt, which I did not, but asking me would have been courteous. I left feeling that neither my presence nor my donations were welcome. I will be taking furture donations elsewhere.

I have been a huge Goodwill shopper for probably 25 years and today was my worst experience ever at this store. I went in for a return and the cashier had a very long line. She at no time called to ask for assistance, leaving me and others to wait for I know at least 20 minutes. Meanwhile, she was having a full blown conversation with each and every shopper, thus making the wait even longer. I completely understand acknowledging the customer and being nice, but not everyone has a lot of time to wait. When it was finally my turn, then they decided to open another register. I did my return, and then proceeded to look around. I went back to the register with 3 items and once again was met with 3 customers ahead of me and the same girl still having long conversations. I finally got checked out, got out to my car, and started looking at my receipt, only to realize that she had charged me wrong for an item, so back in I went. I was so livid, but I held my tongue because I didn't want to cause a scene. I was not the only one complaining about it taking so long to check out and I overheard one of the employees apologize and say they were short staffed. That was an absolute lie. There were 4 people out front, including the guy that said that. He also wasn't even wearing a Goodwill vest. The management needs to have a meeting with their employees and tell them that it's completely acceptable to be nice and acknowledge the customer, but keep the line moving and for goodness sake if there's more than say 4 or 5 customers waiting, then open another register.

Best selection of any area GW. Nice employees. Pricing can be erratic. For example mason jars. They tag 3 bucks. Hell thats more than a dollar more if you were buying them new in a case with lids. A little research on pricing would go a long way there.

I went to try on clothes, I pressed the button and continue to wait for someone to open the door. I waited and tried to press the button again. No one asked if I needed assistance. After waiting for a while I decided to just leave because I didn’t want to purchase the items without trying them on.
