Gave 3 stars as I been waiting 20 minutes so far, yet 2 stylists are just sitting around. Not sure if they are on breaks, but I'm sure they have a break room. Just seems odd to me. Will update once I get my cut.

My wife took our 5 and 11 year old boys today. I just arrived home to find my 11 year old with an ear covered with blood from top to bottom. Not just a nick from trimmers but a cut from scissors across his upper ear. We will not be returning.
These boys are both excellent patients at the dentist and doctors, I highly doubt my son was moving.

Went to get a hair cut wait wasn’t long the lady who cut my hair gave me snark remarks the whole Time like don’t you wanna let it grow out nobody gets this hair cut any more!!! granite Falls great clips is so much better

I was just diagnosed with breast cancer and went in to get rid of my long hair. The stylist was awesome. She did a shortcut, and it is beautiful. She was so sweet. She made my day ❤️

Went to the salon in Hickory NC for me and my partner. We are 61 and 71 (had a lot of haircuts in the last 50 years). 2 different people cut our hair. Both did a horrible job. I can't call it a haircut; it is a CHOP job and lopsided one to say the least. It will take at least 6 months, if not longer for both of our hair to grow out so we can get someone that knows what they are doing to fix their awful cut jobs. As the saying goes for this salon, "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR" UGGGH SO DISAPPOINTED!!!
