I had a disappointing experience at this location. My stylist was unprofessional—she frequently yelled across the salon and even stopped mid-haircut to take several personal phone calls. On top of that, I asked for a fade on the sides and back, but she didn’t even cut the sideburns. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this location.

Went to go get my daughter’s hair cut and this one young girl 2nd station on the right was so rude. She didnt want to do my daughter’s hair so she passed it off to someone else plus she isn’t knowledgeable between dandruff and lice. She thought my daughter had lice when it was dandruff. The girl that didnt want to do my daughter’s hair seemed like she only wanted to do men as clients. I watched her the whole time as to see what people she took to cut hair and it was all men when other women were waiting. Ive been going to this place for yrs due to its so close to my house. The lady that i ended up getting was great did exactly what i wanted for my daughter’s hair.

Friendly staff. I always get a great haircut from Jimmy. Stylist appears to have a lot of returning regulars. Nothing fancy just a basic salon if you want a haircut ..

The lady that had half her head shaved and the rest in a bun up top was very rude.
Every sarcastic comment she was laughing like she didn’t care about her customers. Won’t be back.

I don't remember her name but the woman who's station is in the back, left side, she was sweet and gave me exactly what I wanted, I came in last minute and she took me in with no hesitation, I asked for a wolf cut/ shag with face framing bangs and many layers, and the price was so cost efficient, it's insane. To do this exact cut, I got quotes back anywhere from $50 to $170 but this nice lady quotes me $20. Will be going back to her!!!! I wish I knew her name, I feel so bad! 😭

I have been going to great clips for years. I have had Jesse, Jimmy, April and Makayla cut my hair. All of them very friendly and professional but today I go for a cut and the girl in the fourth chair on the right was beyond rude and disrespectful. She had an attitude from the word go. She ask a question and I said I don’t understand the question she said you know what I am not doing this. She gets the manager and the manager puts me in her chair and then Jimmy was free I said Jimmy can you explain how yall do my hair and he gladly put me in his chair and saved the day. Thanks so much Jimmy! You and Jesse are 5 plus stars always.

I finally quit going there after much debate. I'm not sure what the problem is anymore, but seems like about 2 years ago quality has just gone downhill. They're in too big of a hurry and you don't get quality time. App just does not seem to be accurate.Neither.

I do not understand prices. One time I'm charged for a senior cut,the next time regular price. Does your computer not keep up with this. I should not have to ask for senior price. And she didn't even comb my hair after cutting it. Got in my car and it was awful, standing up all over my head.
