I just did a interview with the manager for a gluer position. It was definitely a clean, professional, and friendly place to work. I really hope he does call back. I definitely loved the way the furniture was put together and the materials that the business furniture was made out of. Very stylish, beautiful and some were a different style that I've never seen anywhere else before until now. There were some had a sexy phisic to it. Definitely made well and strong. I really hope I get to join the team in making these gorgeous pieces!!

Terrible Office Staff. Jeannette in the HR office, is very rude and inconsiderate. She was informed of a medical emergency that had taken place at the HBF factory in Hickory NC, where an employee complained of dizziness, numbness of the face, and weakness. The “Safety Team” which consists of Tierra Fox, Bobby Harris and a man named James, are untrained. Tierra took the employees blood pressure, it was over hypertension stage. Tierra, Bobby and James decided to make the employee laydown at work and told her to “go to sleep”. The employee has already told them symptoms of a Stroke, and is losing senses rapidly. The employee became unresponsive and they just let her lay there dying. Tierra took the employees phone, and started playing on it. While Bobby spoke to his wife on the phone about the situation. Bobbys wife doesn’t work at HBF, thats a hippa violation. The medical emergency was never reported to anyone in HR according to Mindy and Jeannette in HR, both stated they knew nothing of this when they were questioned by family members of the suffering employee, as to why they never called 911. Jeanette in the HR office stated that 911 wasn’t called because it was “requested” to be called. At what point of a person being NON RESPONSIVE can they actually make “request”. Tierra Fox, who snatched the phone of the passed out employee called and messaged MULTIPLE people within the phone contact list. One person being the employees fiance’ which is Spanish, Tierra told him that his girlfriend was non responsive and he needed to go get her, he was working out of town, and “requested” that Tierra call an ambulance. Tierra told him she could not understand his ENGLISH and hung up on him. Tierra also messaged and called several other people at this point 35 mins had passed where the employee was getting low to no blood pumped to the brain. Due to the time lost suffering with no medical attention and emergency services refused, the employee suffered permanent damages to her nerves. She is 34 yrs old now on a walker, bec she cant walk alone, and one side of the face is numb. MRI shows the timeline of the stroke, and how it progressed as time was wasted. Had an ambulance been called to the work place, damages would have been minimum to none at her young age. When Tierra called people from the employees phone, every single one told her to Call an Ambulance. Remarks were made during this situation that they had nobody to fill the place on the line of the employee and this is why they tried to make her sleep off the high blood pressure and stroke symptoms and told her they needed her on the line. This is EXACTLY why they failed to call 911! So if your planning on working at HBF you should reconsider if you value your life and safety.
