Not sure if this dealership wants to sell cars or not. I have filled out three requests for information with two being on their site with zero response. I called this morning at 930am asking for the sales manager to call me, it is 630pm now and nothing but crickets. If you are the owner or GM please find the sales manager message and give me a call please.

Let me just say I'm very disappointed in the service here. I just got this car 2 months ago.First of all I took my Ford Ecosport because it was sounding like the engine was going to blow. So when I took the first time they said bring it back. So I asked would I have a car to drive while mine was being looked at. I was told yes. So when I get there it's a different story. Ended up paying for a rental plus the diagnostic test. Yes I was very upset and I was talked to like I didn't know what I was told. The service manager was very unprofessional and so I took it there. Needless to say I'll never be back there again ?

This is the worse experience I ever have. I purchased Mercedes s300 2014 on 6/21 and my boyfriend went to pick up the car and drove that car to IN where we live. Originally the car had 154,849miles, we put on the car only 1660 miles before we discovered that the all 4 tires are in so bad condition that we are lucky me and my boyfriend did not get killed in a car accident. I contact the sale manager Warren who was unbelievably rude and told us that we did that to the tires, then he mention that he told us about it ( which is not true- like we going to drive 1000miles to kill ourselves). We tried to contact the owner and we never get ahold of him whatsoever, as he was busy all the time. Then my boyfriend brother lives close the dealership, he tried to explain the owner Brian that the inspection on the tires shows that they are no problem that car to leave the parking lot but the actual truth this car should never be sold with tires look like going to explode any minutes driving out the lot. Brian instead to contact us and apologues at last that we are still alive he told my boyfriend brother that he is "disappointed" from us. For what are you disappointed??? What is your point ? Why that car was sold in the condition to kill us??? Or anyone who buy that car? I also have a family and kid to take care of, what if worst was happened????

We have nothing to be ashamed of. You can check Donald text messages between your son (I attached) and him asking for you guys to get tires for the car as you said we “should have told me”. We told you in a nice way but then your son stop responding to these messages. It is not about the money. You dishonesty could make someone lose life in a car accident. I paid $7000 cash and you think I am not financially responsible to buy new tires? The car was posted for $7900 and you dropped the price because I paid cash, not to mention that you charge us $13 for an inspection where the tires passed your inspection. In addition, I somewhat not understand how Donald “offered $1,900 less” –really. You also charge us $899 seller administration fee for new and use inventory, services for the car???? If I had option to put zero for satisfaction review I would. Do not recommend anyone to buy car from that place. When I see how many unhappy buyers post-negative reviews I can't understand your “honesty”.

I saw a vehicle I liked, talked with Brice who was knowledgeable, respectful and interested in helping me. I test drove the vehicle and liked it, but went elsewhere to test drive another car. I returned to Mountain Mitsubishi and purchased from this dealership. The process was professional and painless. I highly recommend this family owned and run business. It is hard to find people who have strong integrity and commitment to customer service. This family does.

Went into the dealership Thursday. Waited for an hour. Never got to test drive. There were no customers in the showroom. They just simply decided they didn't want our money.
Made an appointment the next day. Showed up with a trade, and over 25k to buy a car. Couldn't get it done. The car that was marked at 24,900 'magically' became almost 29k when it came time to write a check.
This was all for an Eclipse Cross. A car that depreciates to under 20k the SECOND it comes off the lot. As my GF said, "i didn't know they exist and I work across the street"
Nobody is on your lot because they wanna be. They want something cheaper than Honda. You know that. Act accordingly.
With all the cries of racism surrounding this place (there are zero POC working there. I mean zero.), with all the runaround, with the horrendous service rating, with the fact there are ZERO Mitsubishi cars around us now, we came home, called our Honda dealer, and they are meeting us at the lot early today, two hours before they open, on a Sunday, and we're closing on a hatchback civic, brand new, at 26k. Flat.
Whoever is the sales manager at this place needs to be let go. Today. They are costing your business money, and quite frankly, as someone who was raised on car lots (true story), the gentleman is inept at his job.

I bought a car from here in March. I was super excited about my purchase because I had been looking into getting this car for a while. Not only was I met with racist remarks, but I also had a huge issue with the brakes which were replaced in my car before I could drive it off the lot. It took nearly 5 hours for them to replace the brake sensor, but they also happened to put in the directional brake pads in the opposite way which caused so much more damage to all the rotors in the car. When calling the service manager about this, he proceeded to yell at me through the phone telling me that he watched the new guy do everything and checked behind him every step of the way. This is the same person who kept assuming I had no idea what goes on beneath the hood of the car. I have never been met with such disrespect in my life. I am still waiting on reimbursement the dealership service center caused, it has been months.

Some people were kind some others were not. Was rushed to sign paper work and pricing was not negotiable. Definitely racist people (not all), also they post your picture on their Facebook page without permission! So funny how my first review got deleted because of course they don’t want others to see this …..
