I'm shadow banned and can't purchase anything online. I've tried using my cell phone and desktop. I wanted to buy a backpack for my birthday + Christmas and I can't do that without assistance from a manager so... I don't like walking into this particular store anymore, unless I'm picking something up. I prefer shopping online. I've been shadow banned for over a year! I just stopped buying from this place.

Do not order online … I ordered 10Days ago now they don’t know where my items are and no explanation what so ever! Worse company I’ve ever dealt with WILL NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

My girls love this store but it's too crowded and small. Hardly can't walk around in it. The register being right in the middle of the store makes it worse on moving around
