Zina is an excellent tax consultant if you are going to the Mt View location. I’m sure they all are but i’ve used her 3 years now and always a helpful, polite and efficient experience.

I wouldn't send my worst enemy to have their taxes done here at H&R Block if I had one. I didn't even get the lady I was supposed to have my taxes done with and they didn't even have the courtesy to let me know. I didn't get any money back just ended up having to pay in. I never have before Yes the state usually always do but not federal. I feel this lady didn't do all she could do to help me. To be honest she acted like she was new at preparing my taxes. H&H Block on 127 in mountain view sucks!! Oh yeah and had to pay her 91 dollars to tell me I was not getting 0 money back.

The staff is nice, but way overpriced for a simple tax file, also need to hire actual tax professionals and not just button pusher

I wouldn't recommend this service, prices were exceptionally high which would have been fine had it not been for the terrible customer service by the "Senior Tax Personal" ZINAIDA. She was rude, pushy, and was not at all friendly. Maybe some of the worst customer experience ever. Additionally, when her supervisor gave her feedback she told me, and confronted me. Save money, go somewhere else.....
