TERRIBLE SERVICE! The satelite internet is worthless but more so, after you figure that out and want to cancel, they charge you $400!!! Thats where they make their money. Never heard of a company charing that much money to cancel internet. Thats a terrible way to treat your customers, especially if you want them back in the future!

HughesNet is a very horrible company. If you're looking for good, reliable internet, do not do business with them because they will take money out of your account and want to make you wait to put it back in. I've already contacted the better Business bureau and reported this business of this matter and I will retract all my statements and all the things I have done if they just give me my money back

—BE AWARE—If I could give no stars I would , service does not work but customer service tells you that’s it does on their end . If canceled after 30 days you are hit with huge cancellation fee . Please stay away from this company at any cost . ?
