I can’t get ahold of anyone at the number.., I would love to do business with them I have heard good things about red, but obviously i can’t just go there On hope that someone will be there, please help

I would have gave this a lower rating but that's as long as I can go one star. due to the lack of them ever being open I mean ever as if they don't even need to run their business my point I can say yes I bought from there on two occasions but it took me 2 weeks to catch a person inside the place and they were sleeping in the back so I almost didn't get my part I don't recommend them I hate to do that but I don't recommend it

The owner is a great guy who listens to your issues and tries his best to fix any issues you may have. This being with any type of scooter or motorcycle. So go see Red for any of your scooter needs.
