I returned to the men's department recently and purchased suit pants. The men's department still needs more lighting.
Why does the store open so late? I leave the mall by noon.

I grew up shopping at JCPenney as a child. Unfortunately, so many of our dated stores are closing. I always make attempt going in when I'm at valley hill mall.

The India old lady work there had bad customer service. She get angry and yell at us when we were shopping there. She is so aweful with rude customer service. Very impatient and bad at her jobs. She need to get fired.

Called and tried to get to shoe dept and had to press the 4 button option 6 times. Then transfered to womens depth. She said she was in the basement and couldn't look. Transfered me again and the lady answered and within 5 seconds said no without letting me finish. What has happened to customer service??? Called Belk got help immediately and was told they would check. Came back on line and said they had 3 styles of shoe we were looking for. No wonder JC Penny's is having financial problems. It all starts with sales people who take pride in service. Which they proved today they don't have.
