I just spoke with Tasha, a lovely and helpful customer service lady who went the extra mile and found out about my physicians orders before I went for my appointment today. She was kind and friendly and didn’t mind helping me when it was outside her purview. I wanted to let her and her boss know she did an excellent job representing Labcorp today. She msde my day! Thanks Tasha 💕!

Yes they take walk ins but they will have you waiting all day. Literally all day! Please please make an appointment before coming here! Staff is nice just super slow!!

Sat for over an hour and 45 minutes for a drug test. Not only did they continuously call the wrong names. The kiosks were down for almost everyone person who came in, over 16 people. They called people even without appointments who arrived after me. I counted 5 people who didn't have appointments as they state when calling people back if it's for an appointment or not. If there's another location or option for your needs I would go with that.

Went in for a employment drug test. Was very fast. I was in and out. Staff was very friendly.

My 8 year old son had blood taken here. The receptionist, I believe Caroline, and the nurse were so sweet, gentle and talked him through when he felt like passing out. Thank you! We made an appointment online the night before and we were in and out quickly.

It seems like the people who work here hate their job. I had questions and the worker made me feel like i was bothering them by asking. I was here for testing for medication and it was my first time so idk why it would be an issue.

I was sent to Lab Corp to have my labs done, I was refused to be seen because my husband owes them due to our insurance company not paying. I was told by the lady at front desk that I could make payments. Well, I offered to pay 20.00 monthly, they
refused my payment and said I would have to pay 75.00 a month. We're struggling just to make ends meet due to the fact that my husband is sick.

Went for my appointment and asked the lady at check in if it was ok to pay half of what I owed and she was very rude and loud and had the nerve to say that's not even half and refused service and laughed . Very unprofessional they need customer service training .

Had to bring my 18 month in for lab work. We got called back as soon as we checked in (30 minutes early). And they were patient, friendly and quick! Got us in and out in 5 minutes. They interacted with my son and had patience and great attitudes! 10/10 recommend.

Terrible staff: here's a summary of the conversation morning of October 5th after we showed up bringing an employee in for random drug test. This cost us taking the employee off the schedule.

us: we don't have one, how do we get one
her: I don't know
us: so we can't have this appt.
her: no
us: If we had to have one why not ask for it when we made the appointment so we didn't waste our time?

Extremely incompetent staff. Waited for over an hr for blood work. unacceptable! Your staff is clueless, rude, and extremely unhelpful! Shame on your company.

Staff is always friendly. Helped me get a messed up prescription in the last 15 minutes they were open. The secretary is by far my new favorite. Thank you again
