Don't shop here. The quality is not good. Our cushions did not wear well on a sectional. We even paid extra for a leather upgrade. We've only had them just over a year and they are ripping. Ryan Osborne was the manager we dealt with. He will not do anything for us Horrible customer service. Paid over $6000 for bad quality furniture.

Great selection of quality leather couches. Bought a great couch set from them over 15 years ago. After years of heavy wear, it was time for replacement. Shopped extensively everywhere for a new and improved model, but found nothing that I liked more than my old set. Journeyed from out of state to their store and with the help of Mike Allen, reordered the identical custom leather couch set from 15 years past. Delivery for the beautiful new custom set took a very long time. To be expected after Mike went to the above and beyond extreme. He negotiated to have the Leather and More leather manufactured and embossed by them and shipped to another leather Canadian manufacturer (as my old couch was no longer being made by the old manufacturer). The new manufacturer made the couch with the shipped leather (as they didn't have the old style leather) and shipped the couch back to Leather and More and everything was finally shipped to me! Mike understood I really would not be satisfied with anything else, and made it happen. How often is service like this delivered? Upon disposal of my old couch, I removed some of the old leather from the old couch (as some of it was still in excellent shape and identical to my new leather) for potential repairs in the future. Once again it was confirmed that these sets are extremely well made. Viewing the construction interior and the leather placement set aside any possible concerns of an inferior product. The selection at Leather and More varies in price point. If you have interest in a variety of options, from standard to custom, I highly recommend you give them a look.

We were excited when we ordered our furniture from them. We had gone through several times and really had to decide what we were really wanting to do with the selection process for style and color. But the staff worked with and helped to make our selection easier.There were some extremely long lead times as we made the purchase in January of 2022. After many calls and delays we finally were going to get our furniture in October. 6 to 8 months turned into 10. When it finally arrived I wasn’t impressed with the quality. Seams on the couch didn’t align with the cushions. 2” off on on side and 1” off on the other The couch cushions are different widths and can’t be interchanged by design (which was expected) but not the varying widths. The ottomans for the chairs were different heights, mostly noticeable when set side by side in front of couch. The two matching chairs have different angles on the backs so they feel quite different when you sit in them. The feet on the couch, chairs and ottomans are all different sizes at the bottoms so they look inconsistent and shoddily made.We really like the products displayed in the store but we’re not as satisfied with what we received. After the furniture was placed and we noticed the various issues I called the store and never received a call back about any of the issues left messages tried to reach the store owner. Never got resolution. There was no way I could even go back to that store after the owner wouldn’t get back to us. They really hyped up their quality product and service but didn’t stand behind it. I could have bought just as high quality or better elsewhere for much less money and quicker delivery. This was to be our final purchase as far as living room furniture. We thought we would just love the product. It turns out it just something we have to live with. Thanks for nothing.

On a whim we went into Leather and more to just look. And was greeted by Matthew and Jason. Both were awesome and helped me in my dilemma! I would highly recommend Leather and More. They are awesome to work with!

I've been all over and there is no where that has as many rich, thick and supple leather options as this place. Every chair and style option you can imagine as well as accent pieces. Floor pieces and custom orders available. James is your guy here folks.

Mike at Leather and More is great. He goes above and beyond. Very knowledgeable and 20 years experience. He helped me find a sofa on the floor that perfectly matched my chair. Had to change out the nailheads and feet. Sent me pics and I did everything over the phone without having to drive 2 hours. Wanted to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Hope you will visit them when you are looking for good furniture at a great price.

We ordered a recliner by Elrand from Leather and More last year. Not to get into details. The chair took 1 year when I was told it arrive in 2 months. The chair they sent was wrong. I did not sit in a swivel/rocker recliner in the store.They delivered the wrong recliner . Instead of waiting another year we kept the recliner. My wife will use the recliner it fits her.I will not recommend Leather and More to anyone.

We purchased a living room set through Mike at Leather and More and we could not be happier. Mike has had the best customer service attitude we have ever experienced and has helped us every step of the way... including coordinating shipping due to an unexpected move across the country. We are extremely grateful for his above and beyond care.

We purchased 2 beautiful leather recliners with cow hind on them. Love the chairs. Suzy & Mike (owner) were very nice & explained all the details to us. We ordered in August and received them in January. We knew it would take awhile. The only thing I’m disappointed in is when I called after receiving the chairs to inquire about a leather cleaning and conditioning kit and if they could ship one to me, I was told to go online to some other website and order it. I would have thought with how much money we spent on these chairs they could have sent a $40 kit to us. I wasn’t even in front of a computer & by the time the lady finished telling me what website & all the details of what to get, I was totally confused. I’m not a leather expert and now I’m left with trying to find the correct kit on my own to protect our chairs.

Mike and his entire team did an excellent job on my custom sofa. Their communication and guidance was consistent and thorough throughout the design and purchase process, including delivery. I recommend them 100% on sales and service and they will certainly have my future business.

On a whim, we visited Leathers and More just to see what they had to offer since we knew of another furniture store that would have a wide variety and whom we had worked with before. When we walked in we found a large selection and were approached by a young woman named Suzy Anderson who asked if she could assist us. We told her we just wanted to look and continued through the store. We had stopped at a sofa we liked and Suzy again asked if she could help us. We asked a few questions, were surprised by the reasonable prices, and asked to customize the sofa. Suzy answered all are questions, helped us find a leather color sample that would work and wrote up the order. Due to Covid we knew furniture orders were going to take time, however, we were surprised that our lovely loveseat came in just 6 months. Not only did the company quickly respond to all our questions, but their attention to detail and follow-up were amazing in this day and age. Everyone from Suzy, the office personnel, the furniture makers, and shipping company's delivery men were friendly, professional and caring. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

In early October 2021 my husband and I visited the Furniture Mart in Hickory, looking for a sofa that was in stock so that we would not have to wait for a special order to be made. Jason Dunn at Leather and More spent a lot of time explaining the different types of leather, cushions and support that was available. He pointed out a floor model that was just the style and color we were looking for. We bought it and were promised a delivery date of 4-6 weeks to our home in Florida.The sofa was delivered in less than 5 weeks, beautifully protected and in perfect condition. It is even more beautiful than I remembered and my friends are amazed at the quality of the design, the leather and the sturdiness. We couldn’t be happier and thank you Jason for doing this for us!!!

The most unprofessional sales person I have ever dealt with. Ryan Osbourne is a game show host. We purchased our couch in February 2021and it was delivered in September 2021. The couch came in 3 sections with one section being damaged. I called Ryan and advised while the delivery guys were here. He advised me to send the damaged section back and keep the other 2 sections. I did that. I was told it would take 4 to 6 weeks to get this repaired and shipped back to us. This was on 9/18/21 and it is now November 6 2021 and we still do not have our section of the couch back. I have called Ryan numerous times only to be told that it is basically out of his hands. I went to the store to speak with Ryan on November 5th and he basically made a phone call and said that the piece that needed to be replaced would be sent to the delivery company Star Delivery on November 19. The couch is paid in full and all I get is the run around about this matter. All Ryan does is blame everyone else instead of taking responsiblity for this and following up with us regarding the resolution of this matter. Not once has he followed up with us to let us know what is going on with the status. We had to pay the couch in full in August and still only have 2/3 of a couch. Never again would I purchase anything from this company. This company takes your money and then does not deliver the product. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTING FROM THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT TRUST RYAN OSBOURNE THEIR SALESPERSON!!!!
