Home of the lairs that call themselves Christians. Especially Joe over human resources who tells you he will do something then be little you when he doesn't. I just wonder if Jesus done it that way.

Stay away!I ordered a sectional with 6 cushions. They sent me 4 different firmness of cushions. They sent replacement cushions which were clearly thinner then the original so there was sagging in the brand new leather. Then they asked me to send my cushions in because they didn’t know what my cushions were like. They have no quality control The replacement were flatter in a couple weeks. And the cushions keep sliding out. Not worth the money I spent. Wish I had gone with a big box store that have more quality control.

The chair I bought has lost color on arms. They refused to repair. This should not happen to a chair that is 2 yrs old. They claimed its from hand sanitizer which I do not use. Do not buy from this company. I had leather chairs for over 20 years with no issues. Not acceptable for a $1600 chair.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! My husband and I recently purchased 2 Mathis recliners from one of their affiliates. We unfortunately did not have an opportunity to sit in this chair before we purchased them. What a mistake!!!! We paid $3000 a piece for these chairs and they are very uncomfortable. In my opinion these chairs are not designed well at all and following are the issues I have with the chair: First: You can feel the wood on the arms and footrest because there is hardly any padding. I constantly shift in the chair trying to find a comfortable position but there is not one. Second: The wings on the sides of the back of the chair are just 2x4's with leather stretched on them. You can't avoid them because they are too close to your back. If you like to sit with your legs tucked behind you then this "wing" sticks you right in the shoulder blade. I honestly can say that I need a chiropractic adjustment after sitting in this chair. Third: There is a gap in the leg rest. They don't show that in the one picture they provide on the website. My old chair did not have that. My dog can no longer sit in the chair with me because the gap is right in the middle. I have to use a pillow and stuff it in the crack in order for him to sit with me. It's a full blown production to get in and out of this chair and be comfy. So sad!!. Fourth: When the legs are not flipped out you really can't sit in this chair. At a full resting position you are sitting at a full 90 degree angle which is EXTEMELY unnatural. You slump forward in the chair and your chin hits your chest because of the back pillow. So you absolutely have to recline this chair in order to sit back just a bit. Which leads to..... Fifth: You can't just recline the back of the chair. The legs fully recline before the back will even start to recline. So you either sit completely upright like a tree or you recline. You should be able to recline the back of the chair and keep your legs on the floor. Nope. Six: I bought the power recline option. They installed the up and down buttons so close to the front of the chair you can't reach it. The recline buttons should be closer to the back of the chair. I am not Stretch Armstrong! Seven: The chair does not recline all the way back. You get to about a 45 degree angle and it stops. Sometimes I like to catch a nap in the recliner but not this one. Eight: The padding in the chair is not very supportive. You would think for the amount of money they charge for these chairs that they would use a higher quality padding. My back hurts after 15 minutes in the chair. My husband and I recently retired and bought these chairs to enjoy in our retirement. They absolutely do not fit the bill. You will be completely disappointed if you choose this chair. I would even say you will be disappointed if you choose this company to buy from. My husband contacted Leathercraft about our dissatisfaction and THEY REFUSED TO HELP, said they don't deal with customers. Told us to call the third party we purchased through and get them to help. When we called them they basically said tough luck. They suggested we sell them. Really??? Who is going to pay $3000 for a used chair. Plus who is going to buy such an uncomfortable chair? Buyer beware. This company does not stand behind their products. I wouldn't trust this company to do the right thing as they didn't do right by me.. Yes, it is made in America but these Americans do not stand behind their products. It is absolutely shameful!!!! The chair gets a 1 star rating and the Company gets a big fat ZERO. Shame, shame, shame!!!!!!! Shame on you!!!!! Disgrace to the term "American made". In my opinion this chair is a COMPLETE AND UTTER FAILURE. Too many design flaws make the chair impossible to enjoy. Do yourself a favor and move on. Don't buy a chair without trying it first.

In October of 1983, we bought several pieces of Leathercraft furniture from you including a sofa, two occasional chairs, a swivel office chair, and an ottoman. The furniture has been in continuous use since then, enjoyed by family and friends, and is still in excellent condition. Thanks for making such quality furniture. L.R. Crawford and Nell M. Crawford
