LensCrafters provides comprehensive eye exams and a wide assortment of designer brand glasses. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, going over and above in their service. They answer all questions and help customers find the right pair of glasses. The eye exam is described as the best, with a very knowledgeable and pleasant doctor. Staff members are extremely kind and patient, clearly communicating everything from lens options to insurance benefits. They offer to adjust and clean glasses as well. The experience is pleasant and great, with customers looking forward to returning. All prescriptions are welcome and most vision insurance plans are accepted.
I highly recommend the Lens Crafters office in Hickory that is located in Valley Hills Mall. Have been a customer of theirs for quite a few years....10 + years and I have never had an issue.
