They do well as long as there is not an issue for them to fix. Here it is 2022 and I’m still waiting on follow-up service for something that had been done incorrectly almost 2 years ago. I’ve called, left messages, emailed, and even sent text messages; and still no one has followed up with me. Says a lot to a customer that stayed loyal even after moving to another state. I’m the type of loyal customer and that will follow you to the end but to be stuck paying back high taxes for a correction that could have been made after waiting over 12 months puts this company at a low rate in my book. Needless to say I recommended several people to be customers, hopefully they do not get treated as I have.

They are the best at preparing your taxes. They know what they are doing. They are the cheapest. They are the friendliest. I've been going to them for 20 years and would recommend them to anyone.
