Disappointed, I ordered flooring for my whole house scheduled to pick up on a Friday. I finally got it on the following Monday. Saturday i had people here going to put my flooring in, because I called Friday evening and they said it would be ready. Saturday morning. They were wrong.

Very Dissatisfied! Found a fountain on Discount of clearance sales price. Someone bought the last one in front of me. Called another Hickory store, which still had 3 of the same fountain on clearance, and they would not match the price. They wanted more than double the discount sale price.

BOUGHT NEW TOILET SEALED IN THE BOX. WAS FOR A HOME REMODELING HAD TO WAIT TO INSTALL. TODAY JAN 17 2025 WENT TO INSTALL AND THE TOILET WAS USED, WATER STAINS, "POOP STAINS", RUST. LOWES REFUSES TO ACCEPT RETURN "BECAUSE IT IS USED"!!! NEVER SHOPPING LOWES FOR ANY HOME IMPROVEMENT PROJECT.

Purchased a dryer 1/5/2025. Delivery was scheduled for 1/8 between 8am-8pm and the driver would call 1 HOUR before delivery.
Received a text that the dryer would be delivered between 12pm-4pm on 1/8. Driver called at 12:12pm and said he would be at the house in 20 min. I work 30 min away from my home.
Arrived at the house and no one was there.I called driver at 12:59pm ...no answer. Called the store spoke to John which tracked the driver who was in Hudson and would need to re schedule. Left my home, then get a call at 1:31 from driver saying he was at my house an no one was there. Also, he would only wait 15 min then he would leave. Arrived back at the house and they were leaving the driveway. Asked them to deliver the dryer and they pulled around my car and left. At no time was I told the driver would only wait 15 minuets until this afternoon. And what happened to the 1 HOUR prior to delivery? This dryer was purchased at the 1450 2nd St NW, Hickory NC location.

Kinda pointless for a store to only have self checkout registers then monitor everyone like they are stealing something. Had an employee stand awkwardly close right in the middle of 4 self checkout registers. Blocking customers as they tried to move around the store. This employee then side eyed me right when I picked up my tote to scan it. I confronted her and asked if she wanted to look inside because she was obviously standing there for that specific reason. Her
response was “no I just have to stand here”.
Lowe’s. Either have your employees confront customers with direct questions “hey sir do you mind if I check” or open up registers and require employees to check customers out.

Something needs to change. The only place to pay on your account is in the return area. Normal is one person who handles the switchboard and returns. Normal time to pay on account is twenty minutes on a good day

Good prices and selection and most employees are helpful but if you want to spend money on entry doors i think you need an appointment.. 4 visits to the store and no assistance in the door department

Went to get a key made for a Schlage lock. Waited 20 minutes, repeatedly requested help, went to the service desk and no help there either, was told they were busy. We left.
