I never try to stop there due to deli doesn't have much like their other stores.
Came back the 29th and stood at deli for 10 minutes wainting on another woman getting hers .Three slicers and no one else can use these. Walked off came and still waited.
Pitiful just pitiful. Managrment can't keep help

I have had repeated negative experiences at this Lowe's Foods location in Bethlehem. Compared to the nearby Hickory stores, this particular location suffers from severe professionalism issues that significantly detract from the shopping experience. Department supervisors/leads can be frequently overheard engaging in inappropriate conversations openly with their subordinates, even while customers are nearby (both in the distant aisles and near the front checkout area, especially during quieter periods). Furthermore, many staff members wander aimlessly and rarely offer assistance, making customers feel unwelcome or ignored.
Most concerning for me is the store manager's apparent unwillingness to accept feedback or hold his leadership team accountable for their conduct. Despite numerous complaints from customers, these issues remain unresolved. Because of the uncomfortable environment created by these unprofessional interactions and management's lack of responsiveness or ethical follow-through, I have decided that it's worth the extra distance to shop at either of the Hickory locations instead.
I would strongly encourage Lowe's Foods corporate leadership to seriously look into this store's management practices, as the current situation does a disservice to both customers and dedicated employees.

I just wish they had self checkout like all others. That way when I have 1 item I don't have to wait behind families when there is one or two lanes open

Usually great service but went there specifically for fried chicken and they said it would be 30-45 minute wait because they didn't have any in the fryer yet! Not sure why they would wait until they were completely out before frying up more. They should be thinking ahead if they want to keep customers

Way too expensive for example Turkey Hill ice cream is 599 at Lowe's at food Lion it's two for $6

I try to avoid this place like the plague.
Prices are astronomical. We need a Food Lion in Bethlehem, nothing more.
