I give the one star because the young girls who work in the shop have actually been trying to help me and have been very kind. But I feel bad for them in terms of communicating and connecting with their boss. I have ordered something online over two weeks ago and had an estimate total time of 8 business days. I had paid for the item but received no update, no shipping information/confirmation, and on top of it no response back from the owner when I’ve had to call the store 2 to 3 times. It was an item that I needed for a birthday present that I had been searching for that is scarce in the stores/online and gave her boutique a chance despite some of the reviews and comments. I was disappointed to find out that those reviews were in fact accurate. The owner has had my name and number given to her several times, and I have received no response back nor even an update. She told the girls at the front desk andthat she shipped it out a week ago. But that was a total lie. I have neither received my order nor received any tracking updates. I had to find a gift elsewhere for the birthday. I genuinely thought the boutique might have been a scam from the lack of information until I called and saw it was a real store front. I feel bad for the shop workers every time they tell me they’re going to get in contact with her and get some shipping information. They never call me back nor has the owner taken charge. I hope the owner does a better job in person. Pretty disappointing that the owner of a shop running a business doesn’t know how to provide decent customer service. Also you shouldn’t advertise an online shop if you can’t keep up with the flow of maintaining shipments.

Very disappointed with the lack of customer service to resolve an issue from an online purchase that arrived damaged. I have sent an email, filled out a contact form on their website, and have directly called the business. When I called there is no one aware of online orders but they text the person who does. Still waiting on a response.

The owner is great!A bunch of stuff I brought in (112-120 baby and toddler items) went missing. But the owner knew I brought in more than what I got back and the 6 items that were logged in the computer, so, though she had nothing to do with the items being gone (she wasn’t there when I came to pick up and so much was missing), she contacted me and reimbursed me for all of it. And she was honest and had integrity about it. She reached out to me about the missing items and said she remembered the 2 overflowing bins I brought in. She immediately made it right.

It has fun pop it’s for kids but the clothes and shoes and most of the things there are used and dirty and they are VERRY HIGH but some things are cute and a small store and cute decor and have a simply southern part of the store that’s all new !
