I had a fantastic experience at Mattress Firm! Sabrina and Roman were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to help us find the perfect mattress, taking the time to explain everything in detail and making the process smooth and enjoyable. Their professionalism and friendliness really stood out. Highly recommend this store and their exceptional team!

Brianna was my salesperson and she was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. She was able to point me to a collection that I immediately fell in love with and fit within my budget. She made sure that I received a discount for being a veteran and got me set up with a financing offer that I couldn’t pass up. If you are looking for a mattress go see Brianna.
I’m leaving this review at both stores because she works at the other store normally but I purchased at this location so she could complete my sale and walk me through the delivery and financing process.

We’d stopped at a local competitor’s store before going to Mattress Firm. While they had similar stock, their prices were higher and - more importantly - the salesman didn’t listen to us, choosing instead to push what he thought we should buy.
Not so at Mattress Firm. Jacque greeted us warmly, listened to us when we described what we wanted, and helped us fulfill our need (not hers). She was great! Personable and professional. The price was excellent, delivery scheduled for the next day, and the process took a reasonable time to complete. Well done!!
