I was looking for a mattress and tried 5 different stores in Hickory before going to Mattress firm. Every place I tried had employees that were not easy to work with and acted super weird about their pricing. Needless to say they didn’t get my business so I went to Mattress firm and I had a wonderful experience. The two gentlemen that helped me were extremely professional, nice, easy to work with, and they found me exactly what I was looking for and gave me a great price on it. I highly recommended going here for any bedding needs, they were great!

Great location to buy a mattress. Chris P. was our salesman, he made it really easy and fun. Knew all of our questions without having to look everything up. He was very patient, without a doubt best salesman I’ve ever dealt with.

Brian, the rep, met us immediately with a sincere smile, and interest in understanding and assisting with our needs. We were able to choose from 3 queen size mattresses, with absolutely no pressure, and take home the same day. Policies and warrantees were well explained. Very pleased.

Do not buy from this company. We ordered an adjustable split king mattress and paid $6200.00 on July 31, 2023. We were told it would be delivered on August 10th, however on August 8 we received a call saying it would be delivered August 12th. because that set was no longer available and we could get an upgrade. So we go back to the store to see if we liked the upgrade and was promised they had that set and it could be delivered Saturday the 12th. Upon delivery we notice the mattress bag said in big bold letter, ‘Pre-Owned” and that it came from their outlet. Also after complaining about this to store I receive text telling me not to take my frustration out on salesperson and delivery guys….they’ve got to be kidding! They are cons! Don’t trust them!

Salesman very knowledgeable about my choice of mattress. He was actually working on two possible purchases and when he finished up with mine he went right to the next customer. I must add he was very professional about all aspects of his presentation. I will buy from your company again.
