My appointment was at 04.00. I came earlier at 21.30. Door was given about 22.00. BUT, unloading started about 04.15 and took 15 minutes. Overnight parking available.

Got here around 1400 for an appointment at 2100 they called for a door at 1800 was out at 2200 not to bad busy place but plenty of room to maneuver

I imagine the complaints some people have are real, but that wasn't my experience. Checked in the night before my 8am appointment, had a door by 4am, and I'm unloaded and leaving at 5:40am. Everyone was polite, and overnight parking and bathrooms are definitely a plus. Would come back!
