Bought a new set of tires very late in the day before closing because of my job. Eric went above and beyond in selling me the tires and putting them on himself. Also alerted me that my one rear tire had been eaten up from bad struts. I knew something was going on in that tire but had no idea it was struts. Car drives like a new car after new struts, new sway links and new tires.

Give this place a try and you will not be disappointed! They do all they say they are going to do and will not take advantage of you. They try very hard to keep their word and do great work!!!

Experience was OK, but the service was incredibly overpriced. They made no mention of how much an oil change would cost, and then to justify the cost. They exaggerative the amount of materials they needed.

Called this morning to get a same day appt, they were able to get me in quickly. Showed me what was wrong, even took me out back so I could actually see what needed to be done. Very friendly staff, will be back! I feel safe and confident with my new tires.

We were test driving a RV that we were thinking about buying when a light came on. We stopped into Mr. Tire to see if they could tell is what the code was reading, wanted to be informed buyers. Not only did Eric come out and read the code and give us an idea of repair cost but he also looked over the vehicle and gave us some valuable info on thing to look for when buying used. Didn't charge us anything. All around nice guy to spoke to us like real people, didn't try to push anything on us, not fake. All around good experience with this shop. We appreciated the help.

Untrustworthy! I took my vehicle in for an oil change and inspection. They failed my inspection stating the back brakes were worn and brakes and rotors need to be replaced. I have my car maintained at the dealer a few months ago and the brakes were fine, so I brought my car back to the dealer for a new inspection and passed with no issue. I'm disappointed in the Mr. Tire location in Viewmont and will not be returning.

Very disappointed in their practices. They don’t call me for a quote AS PROMISED by Eric the manager. Just did the work without my approval. That’s not the way to do business. Called the manager he said he would talk to District manager. That’s been over a month now with no phone call back at all.
