Heather carswell is now being investigated due to providing my drug screen to my daughters dad. I just found this out from social services there is now a complaint filed against her and a possible law suit. Not professional, and very sad for someone who claims to be active in the community and on a PTO board at an elementary/middle school.

They require mask at this time but one doesn't wear her's. The other has her mask below her nose. Refused to see a guy due to this..he went out in parking lot and got one off the ground!! They were ok with him using a random mask off the ground. Make me wait while they chat about their personal life while needing to give my sample really bad. Heard one say "he has to wait". Don't understand why any business would want to send their potential employee here. Bad image

Went to take a drug and alcohol screen. Blew a .016 the first time. Blew .011 15 minutes later. The person running the place told me I couldn't leave bc I was above the limit. I work construction. Had finished a job and my boss took me out for lunch. I had 2 beers. He drove me home and 3 hours later I go to take these test. She swore I blew over the limit. Apparently .011 is higher than .08. Now mind you, this is the person running this place. She can't do simple math, yet reads pretty important drug screens that hugely affect peoples lives. I proved her wrong and she closed shop leaving out the back while her other employees left out the front.

The lady at the front desk was very unprofessional and rude. The bathroom was extremely nasty and when asked to clean the urine off the toilet, she simply just grabbed tissue and wiped it off. I proceeded to ask her if she would feel comfortable using that toilet after urine was just wiped off with toilet paper, she stated “Well I’m not the one taking a drug test now at I” I would not recommend this place to anyone and I wish jobs knew how the place they trust to send there employees to treated them.

It was like a riddle trying to speak to the front counter. She acted like I was suppose to know everything and asking a question was so inconvenient

Extremely pissed off, this place "lost my sample in transit" and never got in touch with my employer who had to call them to find out and now I'm having to take time out of my day to go to another facility in order to take do another drug screening so I can hopefully start my new job Monday do not use this facility. Something felt off after a guy walked in and they said he was a frequent flyer, after the gentleman before was finished they had him sign and initial some paperwork but not me I didn't think anything of it at the time but looking back something seems off.
